The Cult never explains why they demand I agree with them on everything. Saying Trump was a good President in his first term is not enough. Headline and core CPI both printed below expectations (+0.2% MoM) which dragged the headline CPI down to +2.8% YoY. Core CPI hits lowest since Biden started his massive spending spree in April 2021. Declining energy prices and services since Trump took office were the driving forces of the decline
“BRUSSELS (AP) — The European Union on Wednesday announced retaliatory trade action with new duties on U.S. industrial and farm products, responding within hours to the Trump administration’s increase in tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports to 25%.
The EU measures will cover goods from the United States worth some 26 billion euros ($28 billion), and not just steel and aluminum products, but also textiles, home appliances and agricultural goods. Motorcycles, bourbon, peanut butter and jeans will also be hit, as they were during President Donald Trump’s first term.
The EU duties aim for pressure points in the U.S. while minimizing additional damage to Europe. EU officials have made clear that the tariffs — taxes on imports — are aimed at products made in Republican-held states, such as beef and poultry from Kansas and Nebraska and wood products from Alabama and Georgia”
Spirits producers, who before tariffs were first introduced in 2018 enjoyed zero tariff trading in both the US and Europe, have in essence become collateral damage in the dispute over steel and aluminum. The EU move “is deeply disappointing and will severely undercut the successful efforts to rebuild US spirits exports in EU countries,” said Chris Swonger, head of the Distilled Spirits Council.”
Idiotic tariffs forget that its not only the immediate effect of implementing or removing tariffs. Companies spend millions in ad campaigns and other marketing tools to build up their brands. That can all be destroyed instantly with tariffs and you don’t get the market back even if the tariffs are eventually removed.
“We all eagerly await the Russian response and urge them strongly to consider ending all hostilities,” Rubio said during a stop in Ireland. “If they say no, then obviously we’ll have to examine everything and sort of figure out where we stand in the world and what their true intentions are,” he added.
LOL

Pretty sure this wasn’t Bitter, given the leg, but was Jason really watching Oak Island?
“When they arrived, witnesses explained a White man in a grey jacket/hoodie with a black face mask spray painted “F*** Trump, long live Ukraine” in red next to the Tesla charging stations near the area.
The man then made homemade Molotov cocktails out of beer bottles and threw them at the charging stations.”
Tina wrote – With the fuel and energy price cuts and lower commodity prices we will see much lower grocery prices by summer.
————————–
We’re already seeing it, it just wasn’t as big a drop as energy. For example, food at home went down .2 per month from Jan to Feb. Food away went down .5 per month from Jan to Feb. And you clearly see the egg price declines as reported yesterday. These are pretty good month over month movements. and like you said, if energy price declines continue, these trends should be sustained. Below if the full report .
I thought it was done in Ukraine by a Ukrainian. Did you post where it happened? If he is an American in America, that would change it and he should be prosecuted.
I have said for 4 years that most J6ers were overcharged and oversentenced. I have little sympathy for them because they were 100% responsible for their actions – something the Cult will never admit.
Bitter, do you remember the end of the Vietnam War. It was rough, with plenty of bombings from both sides while discussions were ongoing.
I believe the same happened in WWI and Korea. In The Gulf War, the US destroyed much of Iraq’s military on it’s way out of Kuwait just before the end was called.
Would you expect different here?
Also, the posters you list have never been under the impression Pooty Poot is anything but evil. That’s garbage made up by you and Jason, as you’re fully aware.
The tools at the workbench decided to have a free screwdriver night.
The crowbar and the pry bar opened two bars at either end of the work bench and lined up free screwdrivers for all.
The bolts and nuts were getting loose, lots of the nails were getting hammered and the flashlight was getting lit. The WD-40 began spraying everywhere to help everyone get loose.
The bandsaw set up a band in the corner. Plumb Bob was wielding a ball peen hammer on a drum set made from a bunch of paint cans, and the shoe horn played, too. Even the socket set played a set.
The jig saw was doing a jig on the dance floor, until the step ladder stepped on him. The draw knife tried to cut a rug. That made the box cutter and the putty knife feel threatened so they stepped in to show their blades.
About an hour later several boxes of screws showed up, and with an ample supply of screwdrivers, they were getting pretty tight. The battery charger bartender began charging them for the screwdrivers, and the screws felt they were, well–being screwed, and so the trouble began. The hand clippers agreed they were getting clipped. The hose nozzle agreed they were getting hosed. The chisels agreed they were being chiseled. The hand plane said it was just plain wrong. The thumb tacks said it was a tacky move. So naturally the battery charger got all hot.
Everyone was drinking WAY too much. The sandpaper was three-sheets-to-the-wind. The fuse tester got all testy. The extension cords began to tangle with each other and with the chalk line. The tool box dropped its drawers and wanted to box. The wire strippers began to strip. A nail punch punched the nose of a needle-nosed pliers. A two-by-four claimed the hatchet had done a hatchet job on him, however, the wire brush told him to just brush it off. The vice grips and the pliers tried to put the squeeze on a loose stove bolt. The wire snips and the tin snips got all snippy with each other. One drill bit bit another, so he got bit back. The drill drilled the sander with a staple gun, causing the glue to become unglued, the duct tape to unravel, the battery tester to get all hot and the paint cans to pop their lids. The paint brushes rolled the paint rollers and a fuse blew its fuse. The wrenches got into a big fight and one wrench wrenched its back while the Allen wrenches got all bent out of shape. The staples pulled out another staple gun and the duct tape ducked when they shot staples everywhere. The roll of chicken wire just cowered in the corner and stayed out of it–because it was chicken wire.
The awl was in awe of all he saw. The bench clamp tried to put a clamp on things. The square tried to square things up. The sander and the trowel tried to smooth things over. The push broom tried to sweep everything under the rug. The pipe wrench told everyone to pipe down. The 12-foot tape measure sought a measured approach and told everyone to settle down but the washers replied sarcastically, “tape measure, you are not the ruler.”
It was hard to describe all the mayhem the hand saw saw and the C-clap would see. The level said things certainly were not all on the level, but did exonerate the work gloves by saying they never laid a finger on anyone.
Really? Jan and Tina love Tucker Carlson, Putin’s apologist. Jan also posted a link to an article that argued that America is worse than Russia in the world.
Remember when the freepassers mentioned egg prices?
#BREAKING: Egg prices just dropped again. They are now $5.18 per dozen. They were $6.50 when Trump got info office. Egg prices have declined by 21% under Trump so far.
As President Trump says, Zelensky has way too much hatred for Putin. That makes it very hard for Putin to agree to any ceasefire. Putin is doing what anybody else would be doing.
I read at HHR for years that Putin feared/respected Trump. Is that why Putin ordered another massive attack on civilians and infrastructure in response to Trump’s call for a ceasefire?
A couple days ago Ukraine unleashed hundreds of drones aimed at attacking Moscow. In retaliation Russia attacked Ukraine. Both strikes killed innocents. War is cruel, but some people only see it in terms of winning and losing. In the meantime a Ukrainian journalist, goes against the state-owned USAID funded Ukrainian media, to expose what’s going on behind the curtain of the Zelenskyy Administration.
Bitter just wants to continue with the endless war, funded endlessly by American cash. Of course, in that scenario there’s lots of bombings and killing; for some reason that’s a better option to Bitter.
Winning or losing should never be important in a war. Even against Japan and Germany. Many people believe the U.S. caused WWII to happen. Many Americans also believe that Russia has never been the problem. America has been the problem. Hollywood has been making anti-Russia propaganda films since the Cold War, trying to start World War III. Tucker Carlson has been to Moscow. He saw how beautiful and safe the subways were.
“Bitter just wants to continue with the endless war, funded endlessly by American cash. Of course, in that scenario there’s lots of bombings and killing; for some reason that’s a better option to Bitter.”
This shows exactly how Ukraniacs and AIPAC are totally the same. Endless war that has nothing to do with American borders. Stop Ukraine. Stop Israel.
Chi – I wish I could remember the exact date you turned against Ukraine. Maybe you could have your own day like Gary Maxwell Day.
I know that Ukraine is not getting its pre-invasion borders back. Unlike you and the Cult, I find that to be completely unacceptable because it means Putin wins. But the real world sucks.
Putina and Jan NEVER supported Ukraine. They wanted Putin to take all of it.
UKRAINE: Ukrainian-born US Congresswoman: “Zelensky Not Legitimate!”
When your standard for “legitimacy” is an ex-KGB thug and dictator like Putin who is “elected” by kangaroo election system where the result is pre-determined and opponents are sent to Siberia and the media is tightly controlled, then Zelensky (elected in a fair and free election with 73% of the vote) would be “not legitimate”.
Russia has been shelling, bombing and attacking Ukraine with missiles since the war started, but HHR Clown janzam pretends Russia is only “retaliating” against Ukraine.
What a despicable excuse for a human being the Putin Nurse is.
s President Trump says, Zelensky has way too much hatred for Putin.”
Wow, I wonder why.
Putin invaded his country and killed, raped, tortured, exiled and kidnapped hundreds of thousands of his countrymen. Putin displaced 10 million people in Ukraine. He is bombing and shelling homes, schools, hospitals, train stations and power stations.
But Zelensky should consider Putin just a lovable teddy bear like the HHR Putinistas do?
In my view, his failure to support Ukraine means he already failed.
But I am not opposed to getting the best deal possible for Ukraine now because without US support it is not viable for Ukraine to fight on successfully without it.
Putin has already won. All Trump is negotiating is how big a win.
Sitting Dem Senators from Michigan, Minnesota and New Hampshire have announced they won’t seek reelection. I’ve read the Robbie “concern” section of HHR telling us how Trump’s hurting the party…..
: EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announces largest deregulation effort in American history. Slashing regulations on energy/power and auto industry among the biggest results of 31 new actions.
This is expected to lower the price of energy further – making electric bills cheaper on top of gas. “We at EPA will do our part to power the great American comeback.”
“The weeks of performative “resistance” from those in my party were limited to undignified antics. Voting to shut the government down will punish millions or risk a recession. I disagree with many points in the CR, but I will never vote to shut our government down.”

Trade wars are wonderful…

THE FREE SCREWDRIVER FIASCO
****************************************************
The Dems and MSM, of course, blamed Trump for all the workbench mayhem.
