Everyone knows there was never probable cause for the raid.
The documents were not being “hidden”, the Archives knew about them and Trump did not deny having them. He even agreed to store some of them with added protection as mandated by the Archives. And despite the “national security” hype by the MSM, these docs were not valuable to our enemies, it was stuff Trump wanted to keep for souveniers or for his memoirs or maybe even because he thought they might exonerate him from the lawfare against him. If he had wanted to, it could declassified all of it on his last day in office (he claimed he did, btw).
He was disputing his right to have them and the appropriate measure was for the Archives to get a court order to force Trump to return them. The raid was a clown show staged photo-op and the subsequent charges ridiculous overreach.
I can’t think of anyone here who ever expressed a view that this circus act was legitimate

I don’t know what kind of access a US court will have to BBC’s internal communications or its power to elicit testimony from the BBC management and employees and other witnesses, but you can bet the internal communications will be full of TDS rhetoric.

I have to drive 30 miles back to Martinsburg for a dentist appointment at 2 p.m. it will be tight.
Wife though my dentist appt was at 8 a.m. So that is why she made the car appt for11:30. A.M.

I think that the US is already prohibited from enforcing legal system that conflict with the constitution, that is the only reason I could see for opposing it.

He was arrested at Huntingdon station after the train made an emergency detour. 11 people received hospital treatment following the attack. There were no fatalities. The incident was not designated as terrorism. Williams has since been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, among other offences. He has also reportedly been charged with seven other offences, relating to separate incidents that occurred on 31 October 2025 and the morning of 01 November 2025 {11}{12}.
On 03 November 2025, Mohammed A., a 39-year-old British national, was arrested in London at the request of police in Germany. It is alleged that Mohammed A. is a member of the proscribed terrorist organisation, Hamas, and helped to obtain and store firearms for attacks on Israeli and Jewish institutions in Europe. Mohammed A. had reportedly met another member of the group during the summer of 2025 in Berlin. He had allegedly been given five handguns and ammunition, which he then transported to Vienna for storage. Three other individuals, from Germany and Lebanon, were arrested in Berlin in connection with the same counter-terrorism operation. The investigation remains ongoing {13}{14}.
On 03 November 2025, Mohmed Ali, 20, and Majed Mahmoud, 20, were charged after they allegedly plotted an Islamic State-inspired terrorist attack against bars and restaurants associated with the LGBTQ+ community in Michigan, USA. They reportedly intended to conduct the attack during the 2025 Halloween period. According to prosecutors, Ali and Mahmoud had allegedly “bought semi-automatic guns, more than 1,600 rounds of ammunition and conducted firearms training at a gun range”. The suspects had also allegedly conducted reconnaissance of sites they intended to target. Four further individuals have since been arrested in connection with the alleged plot, including an individual in the UK. Two of the arrested individuals, from Montclair, New York, had intended to conduct attacks against the Jewish community {15}{16}.
On 06 November 2025, Oliver William Rea, 24, and Muhammad Bham, 19, were charged with the intention of committing acts of terrorism. Rea and Bham had reportedly planned to leave the UK to join the Islamic State. Rea was also reportedly charged with further terrorism charges, including two counts of expressing support for a proscribed organisation, namely al-Qa’ida and Islamic State, and three counts of disseminating terrorist publications {17}{18}.
On 10 November 2025, three women, 18, 19, and 21, were placed under investigation for “criminal terrorist association with intent to commit acts of violence against persons” in France, according to France’s National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT). The group had allegedly planned to conduct an attack against a bar or concert hall in Paris, the day before the tenth anniversary of the Bataclan attack, that occurred on 13 November 2015. The 19-year-old woman was reportedly the ringleader of the group and allegedly wrote online that she planned to procure an assault rifle and “explosive belts” to conduct the attack {19}{20}.
On 11 November 2025, Chafik Aziz, 18, was charged with the intention of committing acts of terrorism by preparing to travel to Syria to join Islamic State. Aziz was reportedly arrested on 04 November 2025 at Gatwick Airport on suspicion of being a member of a proscribed organisation. After further police enquires, Aziz was then charged with the intention of committing acts of terrorism {21}{22}.
On 15 and 17 November 2025, reporting suggests that two Ukrainian men allegedly conducted acts of sabotage against Poland’s railway system. The act of sabotage was allegedly conducted on behalf of the Russian state. The affected railway line reportedly led to the Ukrainian border and had been used to deliver aid to Ukraine. On 15 November, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), that contained military grade C4 explosives, was detonated on a rail track whilst a freight train was passing. The incident caused damage to a carriage floor. On 17 November, a second train slowed abruptly due to damaged railway infrastructure, including overhead cables. Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, called the incident an “unprecedented act of sabotage” {23}{24}.
On 26 November 2025, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, allegedly conducted a Firearms attack against National Guard members in Washington DC, USA. One National Guard member was killed, and one other was injured. According to US authorities, Lakanwal, an Afghan national, had driven “thousands of miles” from Bellingham, Washington State, to conduct the attack. He had reportedly worked with US forces in Afghanistan during the Taliban takeover of the country. US officials reportedly believe Lakanwal entered the US in 2021 under a resettlement programme; Operation Allies Welcome. The US attorney for the District of Colombia, said the shooting against the National Guard was “targeted”. Lakanwal has since been charged with first-degree murder alongside other offences. The investigation remains ongoing {25}{26}.
On 28 November 2025, Declan George-Candiani, 26, of Streatham was sentenced to 23 months imprisonment after he was found guilty of two charges of collection of information likely to be useful for terrorism. Candiani reportedly possessed Extreme Right-Wing material on his devices, including “manifestos” of mass killers and documents encouraging violence as a means to achieve “white supremacy”. Candiani reportedly had an interest in the satanist, neo-Nazi group, “Order of Nine Angles”. He also claimed he had a “possessed mindset” and had developed an “unhealthy obsession” with satanism {27}{28}.

The entire search-warrant episode was a stitch-up from day one. To begin with, the Biden DOJ engaged in judge shopping, which was easy because they knew exactly which judge was on duty on which day, and it predictably steered the application to “Judge” Reinhart, who had previously recused himself from Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and was a repeat Obama donor. But even setting aside the judge shopping, there is a deeper structural problem. A magistrate “judge” is not an Article III judge. It is not a position filled by presidential nomination or Senate confirmation. Magistrates are appointed by judges to handle routine court matters such as initial appearances and bond hearings. So how is it possible that someone who cannot even preside over a felony trial can authorize something as consequential as a raid on a president’s home? This is not just a failure of individuals. It is a failure of the system itself.

I can. These lethal drugs significantly impact the inner city community more than any other demographic in our nation, and these people vote Dem 90/10 or stronger, so the Dems have nothing to lose by cheering for the drug terrorists because they won’t lose any votes or be hurt.
They could line up every last urban 90/10 Dem population voter and tell them after they vote Democrat they will be taken out behind the building where the Democrat official running for office will execute them. And every last one of them would vote Dem, and allow themselves to be executed by the Dem they just voted for.
There is literally zero risk for Dems to promote these drugs and the terrorists who bring them.
