What rounds out MTG’s loss of grace, from people like me, is her embrace of “victimhood.” Being a victim was infused throughout her resignation speech. Ironically, Trump felt she was the one having an issue with him not visa versa. He even ended a reporters interview saying she’s “a nice person. “

The Cult loved MTG until Trump decided she no longer kissed his ring. The thought of her running for President is too awful to contemplate. I was forced to give my vote to Trump 3 times because the alternative was worse. The idea of a 4th straight election of voting against the Democrat rather than for the Republican nominee sucks. MTG is the MAGA version of AOC.
Perhaps our research team can post some of the Cult’s praise of MTG before Trump’s purge.

Tina, the stories of how corrupt Ukraine is, pocketing so many resources meant to fight the war, is mind boggling. If we are going to help a country fend off an aggressor it should be measured and given the proper scrutiny with audits. None of this was done when supplying Ukraine with munitions (taken from our own supplies), and monies which were then pilfered by Ukrainian officials, while Zelenskyy pleaded for more. It will be interesting to see how Zelenskyy reacts to the peace plan on the table – one giving his country far less from others offered earlier.

GOP MO Sen Schmitt on Fox on Ukraine/Russia plan: You take the world as it is, not how you want it to be, not how wish it would be, but actually how it is. And the truth of the matter is, and a lot of people won’t say it, is the Ukrainians have been losing for a long time. They’ve lost 20% of their territory. They have a manpower problem. They have ammunitions problem. I think what President Trump is trying to accomplish maintain Ukrainian sovereignty, make sure there’s a pathway to rebuild the country, and also lessen the likelihood that this will ever happen again.

I think our country has more things to worry about that piling on MTG, when in fact, she spoke the truth about our political system and Trump.

I don’t think taking MTG to task for her timing in resigning congress with such a small republican majority qualifies as a “derangement syndrome.” The country will be in worse shape if the dems take the House, than if they manage to hang on to it. MTG’s View and CNN performances, and her convenient resignation from Congress seem more self serving than looking out for the interests of the people.
