  2. Seth Moulton (MA-06) will give up his safe congressional seat to challenge for the MA Senate seat of Ed Markey, who is 80 years old. It will be an interesting test because Markey is to the left of Moulton.

  3. Interesting that other than Trafalgar, polling of the Virginia race has completely dried up once the Jay Jones texts were revealed.

  6. Not much to work with in that photo; signs with mixed English and Arabic, from what I can see is either a medical of shopping complex, and road signs consistent with what I saw living in Saudi for so many years. But I don’t think it is KSA, so I’m going with one of the Emirates.

  7. not Canada. GF, what do you mean by “one of the Emirates” ?

  8. UAE; there are seven Emirs, but they function as one nation, the UAE.

  9. Kuwait also has an “emir” as its head of state, so I can see how that could cause confusion.

  10. Yes, GF, you got it right then, the UAE is the correct answer…any guess as to which of the seven?

  11. I thought this one was fairly easy. The palm trees in the background limits it…the overall sense of wealth, the mix of English and Arabic, the man on his phone and another standing under the pink umbrella…not a British place, given they drive on the right side. These factors all limited it to the region of the middle east, and a specialist like GF was able to deduce from there.

  12. Eh, not really too sure. The topography does not look like Fujairah, Khaimah, or Quwain, and Ajman is not built up like some of the others, either. That leaves Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Could be any one of those three; blindly picking Dubai because it’s in the middle, though Abu Dhabi province is much larger overall (but less populated if I recall).

  13. Dubai is correct. Its one of those manmade islands they built up.

  14. Walt, one this is clear, if and when the researchers conclude the Buga Sphere is a hoax, there are way too many believers who will never give it up due to all the AI generated you tube videos that are circulating.

  16. One of the things they are saying is that the buga sphere is 12,000 years old. Maybe Walt built the buga sphere right after he drew up plans for the pyramids.

  17. BREAKING: In an insane move, Justice Ketanji Jackson declares we need to draw Congressional districts based on race because black people are like disabled people

https://x.com/i/status/1978488505161404532/video/1 “They don’t have equal access to the voting system. They’re DISABLED!” This is utter madness. How did she get on the Supreme Court?!

“My, kind of, paradigmatic example of this is something like the ADA. Congress passed the ADA against the backdrop of a world generally not accessible to people with disabilities…why is that not what’s happening here?!”

In some of these cities, I am sure they don’t even have to show up to vote and someone will cast their ballot on their behalf. I would call that incredible access!
