Bitter, On the other thread you wondered why the Marlins don’t have any fans. It’s a number of things but the primary one is that bad ownership drove them away by selling off every winning team after World Series victories. This happened a number of times and disillusioned the fan base that is mostly transplants from other states who started following the team and its players only to see the very players they rooted for traded away after victory. It happened under multiple owners as well, who seem to rather earn revenue from MLB advertising revenue sharing than from attendance. .

A Maryland man has been arrested and charged in the killing of a 19-year-old woman who was reported missing last month, Prince George’s County police announced Friday.
Hugo Hernandez-Mendez, 35, of Bowie, is charged with first- and second-degree murder in the death of Dacara Thompson of Lanham.
On Aug. 31, Maryland State Police discovered a body in neighboring Anne Arundel County. The remains were later identified as Thompson, prompting a joint investigation with county detectives. “

This is the third case today, where the Marxist on the district court lost. appeals court rules that the states had no standing.
Probationary workers were terminated. The decision states that they have little rights. However, cases will have to be heard by the merit protection board, should any such cases arise.

To start, the word “probationary” says it all.
Second the idea that states would have a say in the composition of the federal government employment rolls is a huge stretch.
