it finally happened. All week in Florida, at every refresh, the GOP lead only grew. Earlier this afternoon it was 45.07% but now it dropped to 45.06%, a Dem gain.
The GOP lead stands at almost 11 points.

After a decade of telling us Donald Trump is Hitler, the Post announced that Kamala Harris is so awful that the paper would not endorse her over Hitler. In the choice between Hitler and Kamala, the Post decided to not endorse anyone—which I think makes her Eva Braun.

That’s nice Tina, but not sure a Governor’s race is a fair comparison to a POTUS race. Maybe it is, but I am not sure, so wouldn’t want to rely on that comparison.

Today my wife of 45 years and 364 days voted early, a first for both. We were misdirected to one site, only to be told it was for city residents only. (We are outside the city limits by 20 feet) Arrived at the township office complex and noted the lot was nearly full. In their short-sightedness, officials had relegated the voting for all 8 precincts to one room no larger than 400 square feet. We were literally shoulder to shoulder as we moved about. One poll worker told my wife it had been crazy steady all day. Taking all of this as a positive for Rs as the city itself has turned blue in recent years while the township, more populous than the city, remains solid red.
And do not totally discount Michigan as a Senate flip. Mike Rogers has run a solid campaign against Dem candidate Elissa Slotkin and closed a once seemingly insurmountable gap to within striking range. His most effective ads are the ones slamming Slotkin for her anti-auto industry votes in the past. Michigan remains the number one auto-producing state in the country. The SE part of the state is auto-industry driven while the northern part of the state is riddled with auto-industry retirees.
Michigan is Trump’s to lose at this point and he may be able to drag Rogers with him to Washington. IMO

Trump has had medical emergencies at his large rallies. Always there are doctors in the crowd who jump in to assist, as well as emergency professionals on hand. It seems, though, that doctors in a Kamala audience are more observers.

Looking forward to tonight’s second game of the WS.
But looking back I don’t believe this game will make the mark it did in the 1988 WS whereas the Dodgers went on to win the WS 4-1.
Almost identical is both teams first three batters….we know the Yankees and the Dodgers but the A’s that lost in 1988 had Henderson, Canseco and McGwire.
I believe that NY will bounce back, maybe not tonight, but make it a 6 or 7 game series. They are that good.

I heard Trump now says he now wants to make all people named Mary live in Maryland, Penny live in Pennsylvania, All people with the first name of Caroline live in either N or S Carolina.
Plus, someone came forward who went to high school with Trump 60 years ago with a new sexual charge. He said he lived next door to the Lynn family. Their daughter Amanda played in the band with Trump. He said he overheard Trump say he wanted to pluck Amanda Lynn.
