This allows for a day to day chart showing the number for each candidate. The peak days for Harris seem to coincide with Harris’ peak in national Rasmussen poll numbers.

One more point about the Walz pick. Going with a far left ticket, might be too much to hold Nebraska’s second congressional district. Its a liberal district, but not wildly so.
In the house race, the Dem released a poll a month ago showing a 2 point lead over the Republican incumbent Don Bacon. A later Republican internal had a 3 point lead for Bacon. So its a close race, as one might expect. But this is not like San Francisco where the Dems can simply count on NE_02 being blue in the POTUS race.
Back in April, PPP-D had Trump up 3 points against Biden in NE_02, with or without the others on the ballot.
Going hard left with Harris/Walz, I would love to see some new polling. If NE_02 goes to Trump, then he can win even with the blue wall standing. AZ, NV, GA, and NE_02 gets Trump to 269.

I met Justin Amash once in DC.
Was in a restaurant meeting room with about 20-25 other people. Amash and about 4 other congressmen stopped by. The meeting was hosted by True the Vote people and their speaker was Anita MonCrief, who worked for ACORN and its subsidiary Project Vote. The EC PROTECTS and INCREASES the value of and importance of the smaller populated states so the few big, populated states cannot run roughshod over interests of the smaller populated ones.
So, in the EC, CA and NY are both allocated TWO EC votes for their two U.S. senators and Wyoming and WV and Alaska, and NH, etc. are each allocated two!
The 10 biggest populated states get 20 EC votes (for their 20 senators), and the 40 smaller populated states get 80!
