  3. Chicon, it kind of is. California is her home state. Biden won it by 29 points last time. Only 19 points shows she is weak.

Biden won 63-34 so 54 is hardly impressive.

Walz is one of the VP contenders.

He would get killed in a debate with Vance.

  14. I will stay with Shapiro as the VP nominee. What are the Islamic voters going to do? Not vote for Harris (who is pro-Hamas) and instead get Trump (a strong defender of Israel)?

  15. Agree with Bitter. Shapiro makes sense. Does potential damage to chances in Michigan if its razor close there, but it would increase Harris’ chances of winning PA, fracking notwithstanding.

Maybe she will go with GA senator Warnock

  16. The problem with saying that Islamic voters will go to Comrade Harris before Trump overlooks the fact that throughout the Islamic world that is not associated with Iran, Hamas or Hezbollah, Trump is preferred over any Dem. They hated Obama and despise Biden.

Lumping all islamic voters together doesn’t work. In fact, many islamic voters don’t like Dems because they side with Iran.

-Trade – there is definitely a difference of opinion. Founding Fathers, Reagan and Trump used tariffs as a method of dealing with trading partners. Other Republican Presidents probably did as well.

-Personal responsibility – Trump doesn’t drink or do drugs. He has had several affairs. Pretty average for a politician and/or billionaire personality. Did he or his administration have any scandals that went unpunished?

-Fiscal responsibility – he should have vetoed the ridiculously overbudget bills passed by “budget-hawk” Paul Ryan. Same as Delay and a Republican Congress shouldn’t have padded the budgets so much after 2000, and Dubya should have vetoed a bunch of them. If you blame Trump, blame all of the other Republicans as well. The only time they all look good is when they are compared to the Democrats, who are just simply bat-sh*t crazy, and more so each and every year.

-Free enterprise – Trump is against Free enterprise? Who knew?

-Limited government – between the justices he picked and the number of regulations his administration cut, it is safe to say Trump was more limited government than both Bush Presidencies, and his reluctance to start any new wars is a signature of limited government

-Defense of U S interests – I’ve asked this question repeatedly in last 2 weeks – where did Trump relinquish United States interests?

-#8 – got it – you want all liability to be borne by the citizens of the United States, and no accountability from your “partners”……sounds like “free trade” with China…pure silliness. Much better to demand shared liability, demand more accountability, demand more cooperation on all fronts (militarily, and in trade (German natural gas deal with Russia is a YUGE mistake)).

That said, take your ball and go home because Vance “said some things” that you don’t like.

    I don’t think so.

Shapiro’s approval ratings are good but nothing exceptional, barely 50%, and less than that among Indies.

Add that to the fact people vote for the head of the ticket and a lot of people are really not that crazy about the Lt. Governor and you are not going to see a lot of difference.

Kamala may win PA, but I doubt Shapiro makes a difference one way or the other.

(WHTM) – A new poll shows about half of Pennsylvania’s residents approve of Governor Josh Shapiro‘s job performance as he’s reportedly being considered as a Vice Presidential candidate.

The new Emerson College Polling/The Hill survey found 49% of Pennsylvanians surveyed approved of Shapiro while only 31% disapproved. Twenty-two percent of Pennsylvania Republicans and 46% of Independents approved of Shapiro’s performance.”

…what you see is all the arteries of the left, the corporate media, Hollywood, academia—they’re using all the king’s horses and all the king’s men to try to put the Democratic Party back together again [after Biden stepped out of the race].

And they have to whitewash Harris’ background to be able to make her palpable to the American people—but I think we’ve all seen her.

I mean, she’s incredibly vapid, even more incredibly liberal, and she doesn’t have any accomplishments.
