Lots happening since the debate the other night where “10-4” Biden melted down into incoherence and proved to everyone he is not all there and should not be president right now, much less for the next four years.
Biden has a boatload of policy failures to defend, and now has a lot of states he has to try to work hard to keep them in the D column.

I read Barrett’s dissent. It is well thought out but the problem with allowing these bogus charges to be brought and THEN challenging them on immunity grounds seems disingenuous to me.
The majority is correct in that this ruling basically takes these type of politically motivated charges off the table.
