not sure it’s brainwashed. I don’t agree with her positions as many of them are grounded in Paul policy which the populists have adopted.
I do think she should be allowed to express her opinion and does contribute to the discourse.
I don’t want everyone to get along, I want disagreement without personal attacks. I want my orthodoxy challenged so I know I’m making the right choices.

That’s so uneducated and an unfounded response, its absurd even for her, who is most probably the most unqualified Supreme Court justice ever. It has no grounding in constitutional principle, its pure politics

Well, bribery is actually a crime for which a President could be impeached and removed from office. I don’t think it would be difficult to carve out an exception for criminal prosecution in that example.
