69 responses to “Florida and Battleground polls from unknown Democrat pollster”
The message of the poll seems to be “Biden is not losing by as much as you think”.
I looked at the Prime site. They say they are anti-Trump and pro-Democracy and that they prevented No Labels from fielding a candidate.
They were founded by Richard Gephardt and Chuck Hagel.

And so if a far left group who hired a Dem pollster, can only get a tie in Wisconsin with Kennedy included, you know they are having a bad year.
I still don’t understand why some pollsters continue to exclude Kennedy. He’s going to be on the ballot in all 50 states. Texas is the HARDEST state to get on the ballot and they already have the signatures:
https://www.kennedy24.com/ballot-access
If I was polling, I would ask Trump, Biden, Kennedy, or someone else. And not specify Stein or West. They are too much the same, and don’t get enough to matter much. But including those 2 names only makes the polling take longer.

That comment by Mika says the Dems are going to try to pit abortion against inflation. That might work with Bitter’s wine sipping friends and neighbors but most people will indeed worry more about the economy than abortion.
LikeLike
Those people who attended the Trump rally in the Bronx seemed far more concerned about the cost of living than the access to abortions.

Manchin only beat Morrisey by an incredibly thin margin of 19,000 votes in 2018 in the Senate race.
I doubt Manchin is more popular in WV now than he was then.
I think this is a Hail Mary pass that is not even going to be thrown.

Besides, Manchin is 76 and been there, done that. He knows he would have to deal with a hostile legislature.
Maybe he is more power hungry than I think, but I don’t see this as being something he would want to do, especially since he is not even assured of winning.

Vivek Ramaswamy is RIGHT again.
Basically he’s called out what the dems are doing w regards to this sham debate that Boden wants (muting trump’s mic and such)
This is the EARLIEST presidential debate we would be having….in fact so early that if Boden is still losing after debate one and does poorly there will be plenty of time for the dems to swap in Newsome or Big Mike etc, which is what Ramaswamy has pointed out with regard to the dem arranging for ultra early debate.

The government has no right to punish people for talking about classified documents or putting them on the internet.
It says so in the first amendment.

One thing notable in Jack Smith filing tonight. He never claimed that DOJ sought similar use of force guidance in Biden search—as Merrick Garland stated. Seems an odd oversight…

Insane. There is no absolute right to free speech. Its always within reasonable limits. Yell FIRE in a crowded theatre and you will be liable for the deaths of those trampled and the injured.
And if you work for a company where there are sensitive secrets, and you leak these secrets to the competitor, not only will you be fired, you will be liable for the damage done to your company.

I agree. However, those “reasonable limits” have been politically manipulated, even abandoned, over the years. It’s the old gimmick of “changing the goal posts” to achieve an oftentimes unfair, even illegal purpose. Consequently, free speech vigilance has to be observed, protected, with the ability to protest when constrains on it are applied inappropriately or unequally, for this amendment right to remain as a bulwark fending off a government’s overreach.

It has been a well known remedy to keep untoward government operations and actions from the public’s eyes by “classifying” them. IOW, “over-classification” has been around a long time.

Mahatma Gandhi was once questioned why he often protested and defied certain “laws,” being he was a lawyer. His answer was that laws are made by men. And, corrupt men create corrupt laws. Nothing in this life is rigidly held as absolutely right or wrong in every instance. That includes documentation showing any ill-will or illegal surveillance practices of a government. Many times revealing the wrong turns government has taken will help to redirect it back to its proper role of being liable and transparent to the people it governs. Also, more likely than not, government careers, not lives, will be put in jeopardy if caught sooner rather than later.

Your comment demonstrates how little you know about the people who actually put their lives on the line every day to protect this country. “Also, more likely than not, government careers, not lives, will be put in jeopardy if caught sooner rather than later.” is ABSURD. There are good men and women all over the world who were placed at risk because of the sniveling pathetic weak pansy coward Snowden.
Actually a better sentence for Snowden would be to be placed in a room with a couple of Dad’s who daughters or sons had to escape in order to stay alive. Let’s see how brave he was then.
Pathetic coward put his even more pathetic concept of politics above his duty and other peoples lives.

Vic you are definitely a “nice” government guy. Any insinuation the government or its bureaucrats may not be on the ”up &: up” sends you into a series of recriminations against those suggesting it. However, there are Americans, when they see or witness injustices committed by their own government, who don’t view it as traitorous, but as being a “minority of one” willing to come forward with the truth. The Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco, for example, was lied about, covered up, and only one high ranking military officer opened up about how the government had screwed up costing unnecessary loss of life. He was denounced for it, cast out of the military, losing his pension as well.
There has to be a better way for the common man to be heard without punishment, in order to afford having checks and balances on overly-aggressive or stupid actions of its government, military and Intel departments.
