This is the poll I have long been waiting for, The very first on NE_02. And with it being PPP-D saying Trump up three, he has a pretty solid path to 269 EVs!

Well, this and the still absent NJ numbers. I think we’ve given up on NM for now.

Refresh page and notice NE2 has been added to the aggregator, and puts Trump at 269 with it in his column instead of presumed to be part of the Dem numbers. NE_2 is now a battleground electoral vote.

I had long suspected it would be a battleground, even if Biden wins it in the end. But people keep screaming “suburbs!” as though Omaha is a carbon copy of SEPA or the Collar counties of Chicago.

I almost want it to be 269-269 vs a decisive win just to see liberals absolutely explode in rage.
then, when I actually write that, I don’t think it’s what’s best for the country. A decisive win would make things calmer, a 269-269 win would divide the country like it was 1860. Still…I see this as the most probable outcome

I think the 1860 comparison is absurd unless you are personally prepared to kill your neighbor over an election.

Bitter – with all due respect, I disagree, as I don’t think you read the sentence as it was intended. I didn’t say we would be going to civil war, I said it would divide the country in a manner not seen since 1960, and I think that is a safe statement.
Even in our most “divided” since then, you could count on 30-40% being in the middle, the rest on the margins, that number is 20% AT BEST right now, easily 40% are on the margins and will align with their party no matter what.

Imagine the pressure on Trump electors if 269-269.
There will be mobs camped out in front of their houses.
Soros will be offering to pay them millions to switch.
Better not rely on that scenario.

hoping we don’t rely on it, but if you look at the map, that is a very possible scenario

I don’t think it is absurd at all.
Are we really less polarized now than the country was in 1860? I doubt it
We may just be polarized on more issues than just slavery, but I would bet there are indeed millions of people willing to kill each other over these issues.
“From the river to the sea” is a call for genocide against Jews, just one example.
The GW protesters voted to execute the school administration, and the school administration is composed of Marxists too.
If you think about it, “defund the police”is actually a call for crime with no consequence, the end result being that you could indeed kill your neighbor for whatever reason, including an election.

Possible yes. Probable, no. I doubt it is statistically more than 2% likely.

Jason. It calls for Trump to win GA and AZ, which I believe he has a very good chance of doing, garnering NE-2, again, a possibility, then winning NV and none of the iron/rust belt states.
Not so far fetched…willing to go to 10%??

Killing your neighbor absurd? How about slitting the throat of your fellow student?

BTW, same states with the electoral votes they had in 2020 would result in a Biden win 272-266 instead of the 269-269 it would be this year

want to really blow your mind. The same exact states that would result in a 269-269 election this year, would have produced a 299-239 Dem victory in 1980. So when we say the GOP will never win again because demographics are changing, seems to be they are helping us currently.

In an announcement detailing the clauses to which it had agreed Monday in the latest proposal for a deal, the terror group said, “During the first phase, Hamas releases 33 Israeli detainees (alive or corpses).””
I think Hamas wants like a 10-1 exchange rate on hostage-prisoners.
So in this case maybe Israel should propose they execute 10 prisoners and give Hamas 10 corpses in exchange for every hostage corpse.
Fair is fair.
