If you watch the video, it appears that Biden was triggered by someone raising his hand that he was better off with a tax cut.
See this is the problem with Biden and his age, and failing mental acumen. You trigger him, and he goes off script and who knows what he’s going to say. He can’t discipline himself or control himself.
