Today is the first anniversary of HHR Phoenix. A/k/a the lifeboat, I did not know if it would last or if anybody would post. But here we are.
There were doubters and detractors but WE persevered. Vic’s son gave us a new logo. DW has worked very hard to compile polls into a format that is readily accessible. I don’t go to other polling sites but I can’t imagine a more comprehensive summary of polls out there.
Now for the big announcement. Unlike Dave, I actively engage in the discussions and fights. I read the comments and criticisms of me. I own them. Therefore, after much reflection and an appreciation for my flaws and failures…
GFYs. I’m not going anywhere. I want a forum and not an echo chamber. Tell me GFY instead of expressing hurt feelings. HHR continues because WE want it to continue. Thank you.
Since most of the posters are clowns – except Walt, who was around before such a thing – I think an alternative name for this joint can be Bitter’s Clown Car, with a marketing slogan of “come along for a ride; then GFY”.
It was one week ago exactly when CNN released their national poll showing Trump ahead 49 to 43. That was quite stunning to me. Rasmussen had been laughed at for showing those kind of numbers. But nobody on the left laughed when it was CNN.
If Trump wins the election, I look back to this poll as sort of a turning point, not in the election itself, but in people’s perception of it.
There are reports of the fib/gubment planting classified documents in boxes sent to trump. The boxes were sent from Virginia to mal and never even “opened or seen” by trump. Reports suggest that any “classified documents” came from those boxes. (All other boxes originated from dc /gsa).
Also, stoner admitted (after lying to the judge) about the fib tampering with evidence.
The box doc case was a hoax. Absent proof that trump packed up the boxes personally or told others to do so, there is and was no case.
Selective prosecution plus evidence tampering and a set up by gubment/demented
When I see “Zerohedge” or “Gateway Pundit” in a link I am reminded that you don’t actually have to open a stinking dumpster to figure out there is rotten garbage inside.
Tina hates the fact that there is still an independent Ukraine. She never did answer what Zelensky gets out of the “grift” besides being first on Putin’s execution list of Ukraine falls.

Why rag on Tina, when you and Jason are even more fixated on spreading your own name-calling, whether it truly describes the person or not? And then your clean-up gem, absolving you of any mischaracterization, is simply to end it with a “GFY.” Kind of hypocritically crazy isn’t it?
Congrats on the 1-year anniversary of the HHR resuscitation. However, I credit DW with creating worthwhile content, consistently updating polling, making this blog unique in offering daily evolving trends of this upcoming, important election.

I think it is time to consider dropping the American-born requirement to be President. All of the Founders were born in British colonies and it worked out pretty well.

This Sovereign debt crisis is just a snake eating its own tail at this point.
The government needs higher interest rates to fight inflation but doing that explode the debt because then pay the high interest they set on their massive debt. And since the government won’t stop spending money this just means that debt has to get monetized in some form of another, which is just more fiscal spending.
In 2008 it was a global banking crisis but all of it got put onto the sovereigns, and now the next big one is going to be a global sovereign debt crisis.

There are approximately 47 million foreign born people in the US of which about 35 million are here LEGALLY.
