Wow, if that many are willing to admit it, how many are willing to cheat and not willing to admit?

Not only trespassing, but those who attacked police officers and destroyed and stole public property should be appropriately charged. Not overcharged.

Sounds like Tina is giving a free pass to J6 rioters who assaulted police officers, destroyed public property, and stole property from legislators and others.
Damm, she sure does give out a lot of free passes.

I read the earlier thread about abortion, and its impact on the election, and as is usual here at HHR, both sides make valid points, and tbh, both sides are a little bit right.
Bitter is correct that in the suburbs, with suburban moms who want to be hip, abortion is an issue that will drive them to the polls. As well, oddly, it’s a big motivating factor in the AA community that votes (see OH vote). BUT, and here is the caveat, for some of those, the sticker shock of buying groceries every week for their kids may (pardon the pun) trump their wanting to be hip. As well, many of the women that will be swayed by abortion are women that already voted against Trump in the last election.
So those who say, look at the polls, are also correct. It could be that enough of those who didn’t vote for Trump in the last election because they couldn’t hold their nose, will do it this time, because they know we can’t (literally) afford another four years.
So…can we agree to disagree

It was disgraceful for Massie to have support DeSoros in the primary, but I don’t have to agree with him 100% on everything. He’s right to be working to get rid of MAGA Mike though.

If GOP wants to waste money on Ukraine and Israel, I think there should be consequences like ousting the house speaker.
Same goes for supporting the FISA bill that MAGA Mike is pushing.

I do weary a bit at some of these pollsters who just keep polling the same states over and over even though the results don’t change. I get it, there are often sponsors who pay for the poll and the one who pays the piper calls the tune. But other pollsters are free to poll wherever they want.
But did we really need SEVEN polls of Arizona just in the month of March? All to tell us what we already knew, Trump is ahead, just outside the edge of the MoE.
And so here is my top ten list of criminally under-polled states:
1) New Mexico. The border crisis and the shift toward Trump among Hispanic voters has shown up bigly in the polling of Arizona and Texas. But no one wants to see the score in New Mexico. The ONLY poll is a PPP-D taken last August, showing Biden up 8. But comparably dated polls of TX and AZ showed a much tighter race back then in those states. And now with Kennedy in the mix, one would think that New Mexico, if polled, would show a four point race, or closer, given all the other data.
2) Maine. Trump is on track to win 1 from ME_2, and Biden 1 from ME_1. But the statewide 2 EVs up for grabs could be critically important if Trump fails in the rust belt. A month-long poll ending in early November last year had Biden up 1 statewide. A British firm found Biden up 4 at roughly the same time. Then in February, Pan Atlantic surveyed nearly 800 LVs there, and found Trump up 6. But this did nothing to generate any interest from other pollsters. Since then, nothing. Silence.
3) New Hampshire. This state always gets a number of general election matchup polls done in early January due to the primaries. The most recent poll we have is a 1/17/24 poll from Marist, showing a 3 point Biden lead with Kennedy in the mix, and yes, he has the signatures to be on the ballot there. Since there, no interest by any pollster.
4) New Jersey. We finally got one recent poll here, showing Biden up only 5 with Kennedy included. Monmouth had a poll taken in February, and since then they have released all but questions 36-39, and they are still holding it up. Presumably its bad news for Biden.
5) Delaware. Given the shift toward Trump found both in neighboring Maryland (polling shift of 16.7 toward Trump against the 2020 results) and New Jersey (see above), one might expect just one pollster to take a look here at Delaware. But no, there are literally zero polls.
6) Minnesota. I get it that this state is always Lucy and her football. A hard stop that prevented even Reagan from getting through. We do see about 1 poll per month on average, but given the consistent Biden leads of only 2-4 points, it would seem that a wider variety of pollsters would be interested. Three of the polls here were done by SurveyUSA.
7) Virginia. Neighboring North Carolina and Maryland have shifted in polling toward Trump, and so one might expect Virginia to do so as well. But there have been only two polls here in 2024 so far, and both University pollsters–both with a Biden lead of 4 points. And these polls did NOT include Kennedy. No curiosity among other pollster to take a closer look.
8) Colorado. Biden is probably the strong favorite here, and the few polls that have been released seem to confirm this. However, there have been ZERO polls so far that include Kennedy and the other misfits.
9) Connecticut. See Delaware. Biden’s going to win it, but would be interesting just to see the margin in polling. Quinnipiac always used to poll this state, but there have been ZERO polls so far.
10) NE_02. Okay, this isn’t a state, but this Omaha congressional district could be huge if Trump flips GA, NV, and AZ, but falls short everywhere else. That would leave him at 268 and a loss. But if he flips NE_02, and there is no reason why he can’t, then he stays in the game at 269-269. So it would be great to have even one poll of this district.

Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch nukes Joe Biden’s DOJ over January 6th sentences: Gorsuch lists multiple cases of folks who “obstructed a Congressional proceeding” without receiving a 20 year sentence. 1. Sit-ins at a trial (Kavanaugh protests) 2. Pulling a fire alarm (Rep. Bowman) 3. Hecklers in the crowd (Palestine) 4. Mostly-peaceful protests (BLM)

Why didn’t they all get 20 years in prison?
