I am very skeptical of DW’s theory on crossovers in VA.
I would bet the number of Dems who actually voted in the GOP primary to be quite small.
Not to mention polls show Haley as a better candidate against Biden, so a Dem would have to be suicidal to vote for Haley over Trump.
Haley is doing well in the large urban areas because Trump is unpopular, any other explanation is wishful thinking.

I have to say I am suprised by the results tonight. I thought it would be much closer in VA, Trump will win by 30%+. I thought NC would be closer, and never thought Texas would be the blowout it is…at least not by this margin.
I think Haley has every right to stay in if she so chooses, but to be frank, I personally think its time to bow out. She did great getting to Super Tuesday when all the others left the race, but the margins tonight are too big to overlook, and we need Trump to start working on the General Election.
Haley has some delegates and can make her voice heard at the convention. Trump should give her a prominent role and speaking slot to mend some fences.
