In opposition to Genocide Joe, the terror state opts to build new settlements
https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/israel-unveils-new-west-bank-settlement-expansion-defiance-white-house
“In addition to building new Jewish homes, Tel Aviv has also been destroying Palestinian homes. Israel has destroyed nearly 100 Palestinian homes since October 7—Tel Aviv bills Palestinians for the cost of destroying their homes.
Last week, Smotrich explained the policy was to punish the Palestinians, “Our enemies should know that any harm to us will lead to more construction and more development and more of our hold all over the country.” Collective punishment, settlement building, and military occupation are all violations of international law. “

It has been Israeli policy for decades to destroy the homes of anyone guilty of terrorism.

Zzzz….Israel pulled out of their Gaza settlements (a mistake) in 2025. The Palestinians had an opportunity to create a peaceful Gaza but instead chose to invest in terrorism. That led to the blockade. The Palestinians then elected a terrorist organization to govern them. The rest is history. They have only themselves to blame for their situation.
I agree the West Bank government is also terrorist friendly. In my view the Israelis have the right to settlements in the West Bank, there is no state of “Palestine” and the West Bank is not Palestinian, it was actually part of Jordan before 1967.
If the Palestinians recognize Israel and agree to peace, I have no problem with a 2 state solution. I don’t see that happening with radicals governing Gaza and the West Bank.
Read up on something else besides Nazi and terrorist propaganda.

“So this generation apparently feels that it can endure the collateral damage of daily assaults on American citizens, the near bankruptcy of our cities, and 100,000 fentanyl deaths per year — but certainly not the idea that it is somehow not politically correct or compassionate.
The same is true of the $35 trillion debt, now costing more than $1 trillion a year in interest payments — and growing. We all know it is unsustainable. Americans understand it will eventually lead either to destructive hyperinflation, suicidal renunciation of federal debt, or confiscation of private savings.
Yet we ignore the reckless spending and keep borrowing well over $1 trillion a year. Apparently, our generation prefers being praised as “virtuous” and “caring.” So it leaves the next generation to be smeared as “cruel” and “unfair” when it is forced to cut federal entitlements and bloated government or face civilizational collapse.”

A riveting piece by Victor Davis Hansen in it’s pinpointed truth on where we are at in this country. People, like on this blog, fight over what issues to dwell on the most, as our society is being diluted in it’s values, constitutional rights, freedoms, sovereignty, and the very homogeneous beliefs which tie us together as uniquely American. Rather than protect our geographical boundaries, we scowl and pursue other country’s border infringements. Lopsided justice is now in vogue. Crushing debt is ignored as more debt is piled on. Gender differentiation is a thing of the past. Strong, indelicate leadership is feared and flogged as politically correct, one-size-fits-all, no ruffled feathers types are sought after and praised by the establishment, elites and dem-run media. Basically, we are in the midst of flushing ourselves down the toilet and don’t even know it.

Meanwhile, NYT/Siena poll throws cold water on theory that Haley’s strong showing in suburban areas =sign of weakness for Trump in general: “a near majority of Ms. Haley’s supporters (48-31) say they voted for Mr. Biden in the last election instead of Mr. Trump.”
Jason and bitter can bash Trump all they wants for his past support of Dems. However, their disingenuousness is on display when they then give Haley a generous pass for courting dem voters and donors in her ambitious attempt to beat her rival.

#1 Tim Scott is diversity pick, which should disqualify him.
Not to say he’s not somewhat capable etc but no one has really heard him hold the stage like Ramaswamy or Paul or Flynn.
Those candidates could step in on day one but I don’t really think Scott could.

Tim Scott is a US Senator with a great track record, a compelling life story, and great communication skills.
I am fine with him being a “diversity” pick.
Vivek, Paul and Flynn together add up to a big fat zero.
Fortunately, none of them will be picked.

Thank you.
While Nikki Haley was being a conservative and Republican all her life, Trump was funding Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, Planned Parenthood and the Democratic Senatorial Committee.
Janzam disingenuousness is on full display as she gives Trump a generous pass on the fact he is just renting out the R label.and never was a conservative.
As far as who Nikki Haley courts, we WANT people who voted for Biden to vote Republican.
As far as being “ambitious”, I think all candidates running are ambitious.

LOL
We should be able to do both, protect our border AND defend our strategic interests around the world.
Not ONE cent of Ukraine aid would ever be used to control the border so it is not an either or situation.
The reason the border is open is because the party in power wants it that way. Nothing to do with “other country border infringements”.
And by the way, Russia launched a full scale invasion of Ukraine with a huge amount of death and suffering as consequence
Minimizing it as a “border infringement” just shows what a sick despicable ass your are.
