Twenty-two points is better than the 29-30 point losses Trump endured out here. If CA moved six or seven points to the right, that’s a significant chunk of the NPV as well, and also tracks with Biden’s slide elsewhere. Same for the NY polls we have seen. If both states can be reduced to D+4-5 million from the 7+ million beating he took in 2020, the gains Trump makes everywhere else should put the NPV is his column.

Not sure why they don’t pass a measure in CA to change their flag, replacing the red stripe with a blue one; replacing the star with a hammer and sickle, and then swapping out the bear for a profile shot of Lenin.

Judge Porter currently sits in the Traffic Division in the Richard J. Daley Center in downtown Chicago, where she presides over minor traffic violations and Class A Misdemeanor matters. Judge Porter is a member of the Illinois Judges Association (IJA), the Illinois Judicial Council (IJC) and the International Association of Women Judges. Judge Porter received Highly Qualified/Recommended and/or Qualified/Recommended Ratings from the Chicago Bar Association and the Alliance of Bar Associations.
The biography is dated April 25, 2022, which means that at that time and likely beyond, she was a traffic court judge. Forbes also reported the following in a write-up on Porter:

Newsome is an empty suit popular among liberals and the MSM hacks.
But I don’t really see his popularity extending much beyond the West coast liberals, he won’t sell in the Midwest and South. He cannot even fake any blue collar ties like Biden does.
The Dem far left bench is weak. The Dems that would be stronger in the GE such as some Dem governors like Shapiro or Cooper are not acceptable to the Dem primary voter.
THey could try Michelle Obama as a Hail Mary. But it is risky, she is not prepared and it might prove too gimmicky.

So you know – immunity. Judges and prosecutors are immune from criminal prosecution for their official & judicial acts. The members of Congress are immune from criminal prosecution for their legislative function acts. Ask yourself: Why wouldn’t the President also be immune?
