Not sure. 7 is pretty close to margin of fraud. I still say a key is Virginia. If Trump can surprise them there, and with Youngkin keeping watch over the polling places, with polls closing at 7, if Trump pulls off an upset, so that by 8:30 or 9:00 EDT its obvious Virginia goes to Trump, that will dampen enthusiasm to add photocopied ballots to the pile out in NV and AZ. It won’t stop the ballot harvesting/drop box problem that happened in the weeks before election night.

While I believe that there should be a level of immunity for official acts from civil suits, the idea that any President should be absolutely immune from criminal prosecution is both absurd and dangerous. Only a Gateway Pundit Law School graduate could support absolute immunity.
That said, the cases against Trump are politically motivated BS.

I am “evolving” on this.
The charges are so flimsy and so obviously political that I am beginning to believe Presidents do need some sort of protection against criminal prosecutions.
In some countries high level officials can only be tried in higher courts or the Supreme Court of the country.
Perhaps any criminal prosecution of a President should be reviewed by SCOTUS first, which would then decide if there were enough grounds to proceed.
