Commander Biden, President Joe Biden’s family dog, bit US Secret Service personnel in at least 24 incidents at the White House and other locations, according to new internal USSS documents obtained by CNN.”
Different rules for different people. My late dog bit a hunter and a jogger and a UPS deliveryman over the course of a few years. In PA if you get treated for a dog bite the clinic sends in the information and you get a letter from the state. Luckily only one person sought treatment but if you get a second letter some judge can order the dog euthanized. A dog that bites 24 people would be put down for sure.
