Did she say it BEFORE she pandered to BLM due to blowback from her MSM handlers?
Or did she say it AFTER due to blowback from the Golden Calf and others who called her out on her ridiculous narrative that somehow everyone in America should be blamed for the actions of one rogue cop in Minneapolis?
