here is the moronic george floyd jury explaining why they convicted derek chauvin of second-degree murder. they say ‘it’s not what he did, it’s what he didn’t do.’ they say the cops ‘never cared’ about floyd.

they do not even pretend to care about a key element of second-degree murder, which is causation, i.e. whether Derek Chauvin actually killed floyd.

evidence that floyd had a fatal overdose includes (a) floyd saying “I can’t breathe” before he was on the ground; (b) the fatal level of fentanyl in his system; (c) lack of any physical signs of neck injury or strangulation

none of this comes up in this jury’s analysis. like the medical examiner, they came up with a verdict and retroactively ‘justified’ it, regardless of what the law says

  22. A major flaw in the way we distribute massive sums of money is a lack of oversight, leading to a fraudulent outcome. Apparently this happened during the pandemic with our federal handouts. It certainly was the case in CA where billions of dollars were misdirected from where they were intended to go. And, the likelihood, of the same abuse of funds occurring in the aid going to Ukraine, is definitely something that should be considered and scrutinized more thoroughly

    Collin Rugg
    @CollinRugg
NEW: Forensic accounting expert Linda Miller testified to members of Congress this week that up to *HALF* of pandemic relief fraud was stolen by United States adversaries like China and Russia.

    Holy s***!!

“Data on this is still being evaluated, but there are some estimates that half of the Pandemic unemployment assistance fraud went to adversarial nations,” she said, as reported by the Epoch Times.

“The nearly $5 trillion in government relief spending during the COVID-19 pandemic, much of which was disbursed as direct payments to citizens, created the perfect storm for fraud.”

“A combination of inadequate oversight and internal controls, large-scale organized fraud rings and antiquated data and information systems contributed to the massive, widespread fraud we saw during the pandemic.”

“Agencies were unprepared for the fraud they encountered largely due to a lack of attention on fraud risks.”

    Unreal.

When SCOTUS threw out the Texas case in which many states had joined and the majority of the GOP were supporting…any hope of election being overturned was delusional and should have not been pursued further. Even though there were serious mail ballot abnormalities in many states it was over. Instead of pursuing the Eastman plan there should have been a unified effort by the GOP to make election integrity one of their main issues going forward like Voter ID and chain of custody.

  35. JeffP LOVES Dem talking points but as usual the drivel he regurgitates from the MSM is garbage.

The fact is the courts did not rule on the facts of election fraud that were presented, nor the legality of the some of the voting regulations Dems imposed as a response to COVID that were contrary to state law. In the short window they had to render decisions, they instead took the convenient way out and ruled on technicalities, standing, etc. And some of the SCOTUS judges were willing to take a closer look but the majority decided to pretend the saw nothing, heard nothing, knew nothing.

That there was fraud and that many state laws were violated and many illegal votes were counted is not in dispute, there are mountains of evidence. Now were there enough votes to change the outcome of the election is another question, but given the election was decided by a mere 42k votes in 3 states, the answer is almost certainly yes.

JeffP admits there were “serious abnormalities”. So how could “serious abnormalities” not have caused Trump to lose AZ, GA, and WI? How could serious abnormalities not have changed the outcome in NV and PA?

It is sad when people who claim to be conservatives are ok with voter fraud because it impacted someone they didn’t like. They are too stupid to realize the same tactics will be used eventually against their candidate too.

Well, not against Amoral Scumbag’s candidate.

“They are too stupid to realize the same tactics will be used eventually against their candidate too.”

Yes I realize this… hence the focus on actually winning elections with an emphasis on voting integrity laws might be the best strategy. It’s better than whining and bitching about it for three years and losing elections.

Trumps whole 2024 campaign is re litigating 2020. If you are fine with that strategy fine. I think that it is stupid.

Leadership is actually doing something to solve the problem of voter fraud.

  39. The Eastman Plan was a constitutionally legitimate way to deal with disputed elections, even though it was legislation passed in 1887. The age of this act should not have been a factor in not applying it to the 6-7 states requesting more time to investigate and review the fraud allegations. Currently, for instance, some of the indictments against Trump trace back to law enacted during the Civil War or against the KKK! The fact that Pence falsely stood sanctimoniously and falsely on Constitutional grounds is why he has disqualified himself as a viable candidate for POTUS.

Furthermore, moving on from the 2020 alleged stolen election claims just acts like there is no valid evidence supporting these claims. Consequently, I support keeping all the “irregularities” in the limelight and on the table in order to maintain focus on how many people distrust election integrity, and are unwilling to accept upcoming elections having so many flaws, corrupted practices and laws making it easier to cheat.

Yeah the Constitution can really be a bother sometimes.

    (2) Powers explicitly denied.—
The President of the Senate shall have NO POWER to SOLELY determine, accept, reject, or otherwise adjudicate or resolve disputes over the proper certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors, the validity of electors, or the votes of electors.

“ I support keeping all the “irregularities” in the limelight and on the table in order to maintain focus on how many people distrust election integrity,”

And you really think Trump is the one to change this by running on a stolen election?

“6-7 states requesting more time to investigate and review the fraud allegations.”

Can you tell me what legal grounds these states had to request more time?
