Seems like I was wrong about civilians having weapons in Israel. The people I saw in restaurants and cafes with rifles were off duty military, not civilians. And to no one’s surprise, Musk has shown erratic behavior and trafficked in conspiracy theories since he took over. Twitter is significantly worse today than it was a year ago. Just this past weekend, Musk encouraged his followers to follow an account that had long promoted Antisemitism. He later deleted the tweet, but, in general, Musk has allowed Twitter to once again become the hub of hate speech, especially against Jews.
Maybe if the conservative/populist movement hadn’t become so reactionary over the past few years, they wouldn’t have fallen for a phony like Musk as Jason fraud and others did, but he and so many others fell for conman Donnie so I guess it shouldn’t surprise anyone they fell for Musk’s freakshow.

I am puzzled why a significant slice of Black Americans, who themselves were au unfairly mistreated and denigrated group, would view another minority group in such a way.

And at one of his alt right rallies yesterday, he didn’t mention the terrorist acts in Israel either. Nor, by the way, did conman Donnie call Netanyahu even though he’s the likely nominee and has known Bibi for decades.
But put all your focus on the what the guy in the other party did to deflect from the sorry ass person for whom you intend to vote next year. It’s a real winning strategy. If only an emergency House Judiciary Committee hearing could be called, with a subpoena to FBI Dir. Wray, asking him directly if the FBI has redirected resources to an effort to identify and monitor potential Islamic terrorists who have entered the US in the past 2 years unlawfully and then been allowed by Biden Admin policies to remain.
