There are more court challenges. However the voters lack standing plus there is no conviction for j6 insurrection (laughable).
In fact the impeachment was on this and he prevailed.
That is why stoner cannot charge again. (He will try).

Looks like gang bangerd conspiracy case is falling apart. She wants to try all 19 at the same time. Two broke away and want to face “trials” now. Several have broken away with challenges to federal
Court.
If the district federal
Court goes looney, there will be immediate appeal to the 11th.
The federal officers will prevail.
LikeLike
The district judge in one court hearing indicated that he could not find grounds for any conspiracy. (Gang banger does not even know what conspiracy means).

Once one prevails in federal court regarding trial before a federal court, they all prevail automatically
The case will then be dismissed.
Then Stoners case falls.

“President Joe Biden faces continued headwinds from broadly negative job ratings overall, widespread concerns about his age and decreased confidence among Democratic-aligned voters, according to a new CNN Poll conducted by SSRS.
There is no clear leader in a potential rematch between Biden and former President Donald Trump, who is widely ahead in the GOP primary. And nearly half of registered voters (46%) say that any Republican presidential nominee would be a better choice than Biden in 2024.
Meanwhile, hypothetical matchups also suggest there would be no clear leader should Biden face one of the other major GOP contenders, with one notable exception: Biden runs behind former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley.”

– JD “fits like a glove” Vance is dumb enough to support Masters again. Of course, since both Hawley and Vance are Trump simps, they’re just waiting for election denier Kari Lake to run.

America’s biggest corporate welfare queen decides to help Putin. Anyone surprised? Meanwhile he is financially taking a bath on TwitterX — life is rough running a company without millions in government subsidies:
“⚡️ CNN: Musk turned off Starlink near Crimea to disrupt Ukraine’s strike against Russian fleet.
Elon Musk told his engineers to turn off Starlink near Crimea last year to prevent a Ukrainian submarine drone attack against the Russian navy, CNN reported on Sept. 7, citing an excerpt from an upcoming book by Walter Isaacson.
As the drones loaded with explosives approached the Russian fleet, they “lost connectivity and washed ashore harmlessly,” Isaacson reportedly wrote in a biography titled “Elon Musk,” to be released on Sept. 12.”

This is what happens when someone believes they are entitled to government money:
“After years of huge subsidies, Elon Musk is big mad that the US government isn’t giving one of his companies another substantial grant.
After the Federal Communications Commission blocked an $885.5 million broadband funding grant to SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service, the Musk company is appealing the decision and calling it “grossly unfair.”
As Ars Technica notes, SpaceX’s appeal is unlikely to succeed — but it could be a precursor to a lawsuit against the government for, in essence, refusing to give Musk hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.
That would be striking, because in the past Musk has expressed a strong opposition to government subsidies.
“I’m literally saying get rid of all subsidies,” he said last year, “but also for oil and gas.”
In spite of that libertarian posturing, the reality is that Musk’s companies have received billions of dollars in US government funding.
For the better part of a decade, news of large-figure subsidies have cropped up around the SpaceX and Telsa CEO’s companies. In 2015, the Los Angeles Times reported that Tesla, SpaceX, and SolarCity had been granted a cumulative $4.9 billion from various federal agencies.”

As The Gateway Pundit has reported, during the Proud Boys Leadership trial, the government never showcased an actual plan the Proud Boys created for January 6. The only plan revealed was a document titled “1776 Returns,” which was created by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and disseminated amongst Proud Boys.
Kelly allowed the government to stack the jury with ardent left-wing activists. During jury selection, he gave each potential juror a litmus test, asking ‘Do you support Black Lives Matter or ever attended a BLM protest? Do you support Antifa? Have you ever attended an Antifa rally? Have you attended attended the Women’s March?” Each of the potential jurors was seated on the jury after answering in the affirmative, while objections from defense attorneys were repeatedly shut down. Each juror also agreed with the characterization that the Proud Boys are a “white supremacist group” and neo-fascists.”

Finns are masters at camouflage in snowy condition. About a year or two ago Finnish a unit made up primarily of conscripts defeated a Marine unit in war games.
They refer to them as “conscripts”. Every Finnish male is required to report for military training, and then are part of the Finnish reserve and do annual trainings, until they reach a certain age.
“Yes. The HQ and communications company of the Finnish Batallion defeated a USMC unit after its helicopter landing near the Finnish HQ. This is what lieutenant colonel Mikko Kuokka tells about the incident:
One day we noticed helicopters landing in the opening next to the battalion command post. We were surprised by the landing of the American Marines, but it was clear that they were also surprised by our well-disguised group, and their intelligence had not noticed us in advance, Kuokka says. – The headquarters and communications company were grouped for close defense. In the resulting firefight, the referees were unanimous – the landing was destroyed. For the conscripts of the HQ and communications company, the fight was certainly memorable. Satisfied, in the following grouping area, I followed the piety with which the group reacted to the preparations for close defense and the training of combat unit duties. No additional motivation was needed.”

Don’t make him famous at daily White House press conferences”
“The whole Trump/Fauci debacle demonstrates why it’s important to elect a leader who truly understands the powers (and limitations) of his position. Yes, there are situations where an elected official might not be able or want to fire a civil servant — but you can always reassign them, give them menial tasks, cut them out of high profile meetings & press events, put a policy in place that prohibits them from doing media hits using their official title or government staff / resources… Who knows, Fauci might have just taken retirement in that case! “Does anybody besides Jan think Trump being indicted on politically motivated charges is a winning issue for Trump in the General Election?”
I think it is clear that:
–the charges were actually brought many years and months since the actual “crimes” were committed–but the actual indictments are all after the 2024 campaign cycle has started.
–there is coordination among the various prosecutors in various places who are bringing charges
–one can easily deduce that charges brought by a Biden DOJ or D prosecutors in various places (some of whom campaigned in heavy D places on: “elect me and I will indict Trump” could easily be describes as ‘politically motivated’
So, to the first question the answer is yes (about 90% politically motivated

Fauci flat out lied to the American people about the Wuhan lab leak. He suppressed the initial scientific studies showing the virus likely was a result of a lab leak. This has all recently come to light. Even liberal Nate Silver denounced it:
“@NateSilver538
This is a huge scandal. Scientists like @K_G_Andersen believed a lab leak was extremely plausible, if not likely, they concocted a plan to deceive the public about it, and they’ve been caught red-handed. There’s not really any ambiguity here. They are unethical as it gets.
@NateSilver538
The fact that people like you are trying to sweep this under the rug is an embarrassment to science. The facts are clear. Public trust has been severely—and deservedly—compromised. The least you could do is to start righting the ship by calling out their unethical behavior.,”

So Mayor Adams and all the other Democratic blue city mayors have a problem being overwhelmed by illegals. Well, welcome to the party, pal. Now the Biden Administration is suddenly on the verge of initiating a new policy requiring illegals to remain in Texas – declaring that they want these people to be “closer to the border for easier deportation” Sure Joe. That’s the reason alright. First, the Biden administration has not and isn’t deporting anyone. Second, waiting for an asylum hearing takes years. The Democratic sanctuary cities don’t want to deal with swarms of migrants. Just keep the illegals coming in but park them in a red state like Texas. Problem solved. Nothing to see here, eh Joe?
What a blatant and crap move.
