Dang…just listened to DeSantis on Glenn Beck…he is on top of almost every issue important to me…ESG, Black Rock, woke ideologues, parental rights, illegal immigration, national debt, CDC, FBI corruption and fire Wray, evaluate each case address and pardon wrongful charged or innocent political prosecutions. Best of all he promised to use Article 2 to transform the administrative state in the Executive Branch and he said our country is in a self government crisis which is music to my ears. He is talking I need 8 years to lead this country out of this mess and he is absolutely correct on that. He get the feeling his is going to campaign his ass off.

From what I learned from administering a website some time ago, is it is easy once you get the hang of it.
Right now you have a nicely functioning website which a large majority of the current HHR posters have already logged into. Its all good.

I don’t think DeSantis is going full anti-vax. Questioning a vaccine that has had major side effects that would have never been approved using normal protocols is not anti vaccine. I would call it anti Federal Government overreach and CDC medical tyranny which Trump was responsible for.
Obviously in the first couple months March & April he was greatly concerned with all the elderly citizens in FL. I clearly remember him beginning to question the lockdowns late spring in 2020 and gradually stopped following Trumps lead. Noem and Kemp were already moving away from Trump by then. I vacationed in Florida during the height of the Delta surge. Enjoyed the liberty of his leadership in January 2021…when the majority of states overreacted again.

I don’t think he is going that far from what I was reading and viewing yesterday. A lot of false narratives out there right now. His response to January 6th was very balanced I thought. He did say he would have a legal team review each case and pardon only politically motivated and DOJ abuses. Said he would pardon those that didn’t deserve their charges. He also said he would pardon Trump of any political motivated charges against him.

I think Trump was a better-than-average president in creating good domestic/foreign policies. However, the gimmicks he employed to get there – knocking out his competitors with sarcasm and name-calling – won’t work in the current presidential campaign. DeSantis seems to be rising above Trump’s baiting, which is only adding to his prestige as a serious candidate. However, I have qualms about some of the billionaire donors around him, wondering how much monetary influence they might have in his decision making. For this reason I want to let everything play out longer, to see if Trump will be able to zip his harsh rhetorical, build on his policy ideas, and stay out of jail. DeSantis, OTOH remains a question mark as to how he will manage criticism and taunting, staying on message and being his own (not bought) man.
