DEMOCRATIC (DSA) Party Platform:

Strip Americans of all their hard-earned resources and retirement savings, forcing them to live hand-to-mouth, and then replacing Americans by blowing all that money on illegals brought in from every cesspool country in the world; resulting in the USA becoming a third world country dominated by crime, injustice, and corruption.

CNN Predicts Blue Wave in President Kamala Harris Mid-Term

Two years ago CNN said that Harris would win…

AZ: Harris +1 (Trump won +5.5)
NC: Harris +1 (Trump won +3)
WI: Harris +6 (Trump won +1)
MI: Harris +5 (Trump won +1)

So here are their current numbers:

TX: Talarico 49, Paxton 43
ME: Jackson 49, Collins 45
MI: El-Sayed 49, Rogers 42
KS: Hamilton 49, Marshall 45

CNN has the GOP candidate winning the Governor races in Texas and Kansas.

Another poll of Texas:

Talarico 49, Paxton 47

TSU/YouGov

The message from CNN is clear: Republicans should just stay home because its over. That message didn’t work in 2024, and we will find out if it works this time in 2026 in just 5 days.

That is great news. Voters only care about paying $4.49 or more per gallon for gas. Both can be true.

Funny how Eisenkot declared victory when his bloc is 13 short of a majority while Netanyahu’s is 8 short.

  16. Depressing to look at these polls on here each morning. Reminds me of the polls in 2008. I had already quit reading “Burn it all down” Baris as of last week. He made made me want to slit my wrists. I guess it is what it is. I voted this morning which is all I can do. Election night I’m not even going to watch the returns. Maybe put on a couple of movies and read about the carnage the following morning.

My problem is the 2024 results, where he only won by 5000 votes with Trump on the ballot (and Trump outpolled him in the district).

His latest ads are going for the gusto, accusing Stelson of hiring illegal aliens and exposing herself.

He will need a big R turnout to win.

  24. Phil,

The pollsters who were right two years ago are in the field and will release their final polls this weekend. But CNN? That’s why I put their record from 2024 that earned them their F grade. Late momentum seems to have finally arrived for Paxton, and El-Sayed under performed primary polling by 9 points. I agree that election night is going to be one where we hope to limit the damage, but I am glad to hear you are done with Baris.

However it turns out, he is completely discredited. Completely. He didn’t release just ONE poll, it was like three in a row showing Massie tied. Massie got obliterated. “Pollster” and “Cheerleader” don’t mix. Its why I don’t include CNN’s polls in my average. They would have to regain trust, which I don’t see happening given they gas light like this every cycle.

  25. Perry would win if all Rs in the district voted for him.

But he is too conservative for the district and Stelson is pretending to be a moderate. She has big name recognition as a long time TV news anchor.

But hope springs eternal, I will vote for him.

  26. oh I totally agree that Perry can lose. But had I been pressed to make a guess on the NY Times/Siena poll prior to its release, I would have said they would show Perry down 6 or 7, given the narrative on the electoral environment. But they show a tie. Same sort of situation in VA-2. Only two polls, one a D Internal showing a tie, and then a university poll showing Kiggans down only a few.

  28. There are a lot of Stelson signs in Harrisburg city and more wealthy suburbs, a lot of Perry signs in rural York, Cumberland and York counties.

Its going to be another urban vs. rural election. The problem is that the Harrisburg vote is going to be very lopsided, so Stelson will win Dauphin Co. She might also win Cumberland albeit by a smaller margin.

York will go to Perry by a healthy margin, his district is in rural York, not York city, and the margin will define the election.

  30. Yeah, Baris’ theme is that Republicans would have been ok had Trump not done anything about Iran. He said that split the Maga coalition and Trump’s popularity dropped off a cliff as soon as he intervened. I’m not saying he’s wrong about that. Gas prices have really hurt, and the Iranians know it and have done everything in their power to drive them up. We damn well better win the WH in 2028 or we as a country are California going forward. Won’t be a damned thing we can do about it. Courts (packed), Congress (filibuster gone and four new Democratic senators from DC & Puerto Rico) and a Democratic President? Forget it. Guard rails will be gone, and the Republic will be changed forever. No going back as the institutions will be changed forever.

  39. “He said that split the Maga coalition”

Stop right there. What he means is that the bunu vote abandoned Trump. These pacifists who would rather us be nuked by Iran. The bunu side of the coalition is hardly a substantial percentage. The vast majority of MAGA are military, patriots, and those who understand that there are times when you have to SAVE American lives by taking the battle to the enemy on YOUR terms.

The Paulbots think that if you sit in a corner, suck your thumb and close your eyes, that when you open them, the whole world will be a Walt Disney cartoon fantasy where everyone lives happily ever after.

Baris is also a weakling on prisons and treatment of prisoners. He wants wholesale prison reform with shorter sentences, and alternative paths toward rehabilitation. I am not saying prisons are perfect, but just saying that Baris is not a conservative Republican.

One of my favorite Andy Griffith Show episodes is the one where Barney tried to rehabilitate four prisoners by giving them kids craft sets to teach them a trade. One of them used a metal craft kit to make a key that let them escape.

Worse than that. They will bring back the HR-1 voting bill, that alone assures Rs never will win another election. Citizenship/voting rights for illegals, opern borders again. Wealth taxes. Trillions on global warming. Electric car, solar energy, etc mandates.

Good, now make sure people like TIM WALZ, AG Ellison and Ilhan are investigated for what they knew!

His crew claimed to serve thousands of meals a day to hungry kids. Instead the money went to a million-dollar home in Plymouth, a Park Avenue mansion in Minneapolis, property in Ohio, and luxury cars 😠

His lawyer argued that no child actually went hungry. The judge wasn’t buying it: “You took the reputation of our state down with you.”

He also has a PRIOR fraud conviction.

32 defendants have been sentenced so far, and the median sentence is just 38.5 months.
