There are also price declines in rents, eggs, and dairy, as examples.

  9. Core cpi was 3.3% on 1/31/25 and now it’s 2.4% with the most recent trend. Having a rise in real income helps combat any inflation. Contrary to the stupidity out there, prices are not going back to 2019.

I doubt it, their last thought was probably “the capitalist society failed him”,

His siblings also oppose it. In woke CA the DA “consulted with the siblings” before the decision. I suppose if they had said ah just let him go he would have complied.

Has Nick claimed insanity yet? He will find some Karen AWFLs to give him a free pass.

  12. I was forced to watch my first NFL game in 10 years last night.

    My takeaways:

The woke Broncos can’t tackle worth a damm, I think they have already transitioned to flag football mode.

The network thinks their audience would rather watch Taylor Swift celebrate every Chiefs play than actually watch the game itself. They are probably not wrong.

The woke end zone messages are very inspiring: “It takes all of us” is something I will always treasure. Nothing is more inspiring that the call for the proletariat rabble to rise up the evil capitalists with bloodthirsty communist dictators.

Hopefully, it will be another ten years before I have to watch another game. Of course, by then the NFL will be “non-contact” and coed, and the teams will no longer have aggressive names like Eagles (known to eat meat), Chiefs (an equitable society does not have chiefs”) and Cowboys (sexist, leaves out at least 54 genders).

The double whammy of a far left educational system and a far left MSM is hard to survive.

If you scroll through the MSM today, the marching orders are out on just about every topic.

Iran and the Houthis are doing very well, thank you. They are meeting all their objectives, while the US is in a quagmire. The US is suffering heavy losses, is out of ammo, is losing support, has morale problem, etc.

The midterm “analysts” conclude a Dem sweep of Congress is inevitable.

Trump’s immigration policies are too expensive, too racist, too cruel according to the experts and the “victims”.

The non-woke billionaires with the possible exception of Musk are not taking on the bull by the horns, which would be to influence higher education away from Marxist dogma and buy enough media outlets to counter the Marxist narrative.

It absolutely AMAZED ME of the HUGE numerous of the 48 people who paid serious money to go on this bus tour (half U.S. and half Canadian) who SIGNED UP for a BUS TOUR which also included TWO ferry rides (1 1/2 hours and 2 1/2 hours) plus a boat ride on a not very big converted lobster boat for the lobster lunch, and another over hour long boat ride on a big lake who HAVE .OTION SICKNESS issues and apparently did OT bring dramamine meds.

    ●●●●●

Also, this tour to lobster country included the lobster dinner (and about 10 of the 48 chose to have chicken or vegan meals instead of lobster on the boat for lunch) plus other part of the package deal MEALS that included LOBSTER bisque Or SEAFOOD CHOWDER…

    DO.NOT.EAT.SEAFOOD.

    WTF?

yes the tour did provide them tomato soup, and other entre choices for the included tour meals.

That is why I do not WANT to tour India and have meals included that are mostly India cuisine.

Actually, food in India is excellent, just can’t eat off street stalls no matter how inviting the aromas.

Note of caution: lamb does not always mean lamb, often means goat. I don’t care, grew up eating goat, just as good as lamb.

I also checked out the Bavarian Inn Menu. Very nice. I could go for the sausage sampler followed by the Jaeger Schnitzel.
