For an A-hole, it is more important for the other A-hole to be wrong than right themself.”
I like it.
I think we should put in on a banner and hang it in the A-hole Club lounge.

I showed Lupita a printout of her debut on HHR. She was unimpressed. I gave her a piece of carrot. She was much more interested in that.

Been doing some serious thinking while laying in bed thus morning.
HEAR ME OUT.
Did Abe Lincoln run for president in order to spark off a civil war?

IF SO, then today’s “progressives” should honor and revere Lincoln, and should nit be desecration Lincoln statues.

I hope Lupita does not let her promotion to the news department go to her head. I heard llamas can be divas.

Jeffrey Tucker just revealed that top FDA and NIH quietly admitted the real reason for Covid lockdowns, masking, and social distancing to him. It sounds like a “wild conspiracy theory.” But it’s the truth. The real reason for all of it was to “delay the onset of natural immunity.” Why? “It was to keep us from gaining a natural capacity to resist the virus so that they could wait until the injection came along, so the injection could be deployed and experimented upon us and thereby to get all the credit for having solved the issue.” “Flatten the curve meant prolong the pain, delay the solution.” “It sounds crazy until you hear it from people who were there on the ground in the agencies, in the companies, watching all this unfold.” “Multiple sources have confirmed this without a shadow of doubt in their mind that that was the real purpose of the school closures.” “The business shutdowns.” “The stay-at-home orders.” “The travel restrictions.” “To delay the point at which we would have essentially solved the problem through natural exposure and immune upgrades.”
Just another example of political manipulation and deception.

According to several historians Abraham Lincoln ran for president “to basically abolish slavery or at least contain slavery to the south and not into western territories but also to ‘save the Union’.
Even though Lincoln promised not to interfere with slavery where it already existed people in the South that wanted slavery didn’t believe him and Lincoln’s victory began a trigger that began the Civil War after years of tension between the North and South.

Personally, I never thought Lincoln should be rated among the top 5 or 10 presidents.
Yes, he was president during the Civil War where the north beat the south. But he did not PREVENT the war.
If I were in Lincoln’s shoes ack on 1860-1 of the top ten priorities on my list as the incoming president, 9 of them would be prevent the devastating carnage and conflagration of a civil war.
I would have gone on TV and given a stirring nationwide address to condemn John Brown’s raid at Harpers Ferry, calm people down, appeal to people’s patriotism, plead for unity (while still touting diversity)…and probably told a few really good jokes to lighten the somber mood of the nation.
Then Lincoln chose a series of incompetent generals who were not very good,…until finally the north won. SO Lincoln WAS, I co cede, a wartime president.
Lincoln positives are he issued the Emancitation Proclamation that freed the slaves in some areas, Sec. Seward bought Alaska, and Lincoln got himself assassinated. All good things–except getting hisself kilt.

In a way, Lincoln ENDED UP being a transformative president…and THIS is why today’s left wing progressives should like and revere REPUBLICAN Lincoln.
PLUS, HE SUSPENDED CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS during the war.
Today’s progressives should give him props for that, since they hate the constitution.
