The Dems are between a rock and a hard place on the VA gerrymandering

They have been arguing for years that election day is really election months.

But for them to prevail on the gerrymandering case, they have to convince the SCOVA justices that there is only one election day, and the early voting did not violate the procedure calling the referendum.

It would be a hard sell to a non-partisan court. Let’s see.

  8. One of the J6 prosecutors who sent people to long term jail sentences for trespassing the Capitol got 90 days for stabbing another driver 3 times in a road rage case.

Hard to argue against the fact there are 2 systems of justice.

“Former J6 prosecutor Patrick Scruggs was shipped off to county jail Monday after pleading guilty to stabbing a driver multiple times in a 2023 road-rage meltdown.

My, how the tables have turned in the world of law and order.

The 41-year-old former federal prosecutor, who helped indict Florida residents—including “Lectern Guy” Adam Johnson—for their roles in the January 6 Capitol protest, received 90 days behind bars, five years of probation, and $100,000 in restitution to the victim.

Three months in jail. For stabbing a man. Several times. It was all caught on video. Numerous witnesses saw what he did.

    90 days”

Iran has just informed us that they are in a “State of Collapse.” They want us to “Open the Hormuz Strait,” as soon as possible, as they try to figure out their leadership situation (Which I believe they will be able to do!). Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

  20. Soooo, another day and the strait is for all practical purposes still closed. The Iranian loons in charge are fine with that. Sure, their economy is taking a huge hit with the blockade, and their people are suffering, but that is of little concern to the leadership. They don’t give a damn about their people. The regime’s objective is that they remain in power. As long as they stay in power, they will simply continue to wait us out. Once we blink (we always have) they can go on business as usual and reconstitute everything. It’s how they roll. Nothing new. Trump needs to pull another card out of the deck to go along with the blockade. Not sure what.

  27. Its been a while since reading the stuff on Fauci, but if I recall correctly it was around knowledge that one of the vaccines increased risk of stroke, but they buried that knowledge and rammed it through anyway.

A friend of mine got the jab and within a week was in the hospital with heart trouble. Thankfully he pulled through. An elderly lady in my church did not. She was reasonably healthy, got the jab and was dead within two weeks. But if they knew of such risks and hid it from the public, then yeah, that’s a problem.

  28. The Washington Hilton did not let the steak and lobster go to waste, donating the dignitary meals to “shelters for abused women and children,” according to White House Correspondents Association President Weijia Jiang.

“The Hilton donated the ~2600 dinners that went unserved at WHCD,” Jiang, who is CBS’s senior White House correspondent, wrote Monday on X.

“They freeze dried the steak and lobster for longer shelf life before giving them to 2 shelters for abused women and children. HUGE thank you to the staff that worked through the night under terrible circumstances.”

    Life is not fair.
