I read where they were living in CO, then MO, and then after Trump was elected in Nov., 2024, they moved to Canada for several months. Then the two women (wife and wife) moved back down to MN in APRIL, 2025. No mention of where they live in Minneapolis….not even a street name….

The street where the shooting took place Was NOT on the street where the wife and wife lived. The women occupying the vehicle had been interfering with ICE movements for some while before the shooting. Some say her vehicle was the main one leading the ICE blocking and illegal interference operations.

As expected, mayhem ensues as the perp tries to run into the high school and ICE nabs them…

Seeing on Facebook lots of “spontaneous” street demonstrations in various cities and towns. Even here in Martinsburg. ICE here in the eastern panhandle including in Jefferson Co and in Martinsburg have been hitting Mexican restaurants in the last few days and hauling illegal people away. A few people are LIVID about this and post their feelings on Facebook. The street demonstrations here fizzle quickly. The posts responding to the original post of outrage against ICE doing their job and enforcing the law are still running 90%+ in FAVOR of ICE and OPPOSED to those who want to protest.

This happened in the same state that convicted Derek Chauvin of murder, despite the ME’s initial report that George Floyd died of drug intoxication. The body camera footage shows that Renee Good was smiling (or at least had a pleasant look on her face) as her partner accosted the agents and then returned to the vehicle.
Unless the last words her partner said to the ICE agents were “well, then I guess we’ll just run you over” the agent doesn’t seem to have a claim of a life-threatening situation, at least according to Minnesota state law.
I expect Keith Ellison will be filing charges shortly.

Clearly a life threatening situation. The agent was standing right in front of the Honda as it moved toward him, and he was aligned with the driver side wheel. Maybe you don’t realize it, but if a vehicle like that runs it’s wheel over your torso and head, there is a good chance you will be dead.
And of course everyone knows that if the agent was a security officer for a Democrat senator, and the driver of the Honda was wearing a MAGA hat with the Honda covered with GOP stickers, and the exact same circumstances played out….EVERY LAST DEM OUT THERE would be singing the praises of the alertness and skill of the shooter who defended himself.
That is why there is NO HEALING that is ever going to happen in this nation. All that matters is R or D. Left or Right. Conservative or Commie.

If any charges are filed by the two mn sniffeys, the officers attorneys will move the case to federal court. State court/jur pool would not be available.
The offices’s attorneys would then move to dismiss on the grounds all his actions were within the course and scope of his duties, as the Supremacy Clause precludes state prosecution.

If a police officer is writing a parking ticket on a vehicle whose meter has expired [a violation of existing law] and is handing it to the vehicle’s owner, what should people who pass by do? As you believe that all people should be able to park their cars without having to put money in a meter, shouldn’t you get involved? Should you get involved to try and prevent the ticket being issued if the person getting the ticket is a friend or relative of yours?
If police have pulled over a drunk driver [who is violating an existing law], what should other people in the area do? Shouldn’t you do SOMETHING? After all, you see no evidence that the drunk driver actually hit anything or anyone. And after all, he has a job and is a taxpayer, and pays into social security…so shouldn’t that cancel out his drunk driving arrest? Does it make a difference if the person being arrested is a native born legal resident of the U.S. or if they are instead happen to be an illegal alien? Should/would you try to impede the arrest and help allow the person to escape if they were a close friend or relative of yours? How if they were an illegal alien?
If someone gets pulled over and is being arrested for having no license, no insurance, no registration and is in a stolen car [any and all are violations of existing law]–shouldn’t you do something and get involved? If you say NO, then what if he is an illegal alien. Then, isn’t your Christian duty to intervene?
If police are executing an arrest warrant for someone who burglarized somebody’s home [a violation of existing law], what should other people in the neighborhood do? Shouldn’t you do something? That fellow probably has a wife and kids and shouldn’t that cancel out his arrest for burglary?
If police are executing an arrest warrant for a know gang member who has outstanding warrants and is wanted for murder, rape, child rape, assault with a deadly weapon, sex trafficking, human trafficking and/or drug smugglin, or fraud [any and all of which are violations of existing law] what should you and other people who happen by do?
If police are executing outstanding warrants for ILLEGAL ALIENS who have 1) entered the U.S. illegally [a violation of existing law] and 2) committed other violations of law like rape, assault, murder, drug smuggling,(either in the U.S. and/or in their own country) etc. [also additional violations of existing laws] what should you do to intervene?

Should you instead lay hands on the officer, lay down in front of his/her vehicle, block the police vehicle with your own, throw objects at them, try to wrest the offender away from police custody [all of which are violations of existing law]?
If you do NOT believe you should do things that violate U.S. and State and Local laws as a response to any of the above situations: Do you think it is your right and duty to stand there during the arrest and apprehension and hurl insults and curse police officers and instigate? If “yes”, then for what purpose?
If you DO believe it is your right and duty TODAY to VIOLATE U.S. and state and local laws to personally commit ILLEGAL actions to interfere with a LAWFUL police action…
WHY DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO DO SUCH THINGS and face no consequences?

I may not like Federal Income Tax laws, but it is against the law to violate those laws and I will face dire consequences if I do, therefore I do not violate those laws.
–If you say people are being illegally kidnapped off the street, you have an opinion that is not supported or based on fact.
–if you say ICE has no authority to do what they are doing, you have an opinion that is not supported by or based on fact.
–If you say ICE has no legal right to take illegal aliens into custody and the U.S. has no right to incarcerate or deport them, you have an opinion that is not supported or based on fact.

–If you say you just want to let anybody and everybody who wants to come into the U.S., legally or illegally, simply be allowed to do so, then you are being very idealistic and not realistic in understanding lots and lots of important and real negatives related to implementing such an idealistic policy. (national security, securing of borders to control illegal drugs and other illegal activity, preventing entry by those who which to do us harm,no screening of the mental or physical health of those who enter, the overwhelming and enormous costs to U.S. citizens regarding public schools system, health system, public assistance system, housing, job system, the willingness of those who come here to adopt U.S. cultural norms as relates to form of government, language, etc. etc. and successfully assimilate into U.S. society.
If you say I now am vehemently against the enforcement of long standing immigration laws and other laws by President Trump’s administration, but I was fine who the same thing was done (to a lesser degree, perhaps) by the Obama and Biden administrations
