Schumer: I was in the SCIF on three different occasions as recently as, December, and I asked the administration, are you pursuing regime change? Are you intent on taking military action in Venezuela? Venezuelan territory? And they assured me that they were not pursuing those things. Clearly, they’re not being straight with the American people.

Maduro was never the legitimate president of Venezuela. The precision action by Delta to get Maduro without massive military occupation is a how it should be done. This was the right call. May Maduro face justice and the people of Venezuela be free

The only reason Noriega’s capture took longer was because he fled to the Vatican Embassy.
American troops played loud music all night for several days before he finally gave up.

Schumer thinks he is the “American people”?
There is no cure for that kind of delusion.
The reason he was not informed was he couldn’t be trusted.

Putin, Tina, Chicon and Janzam hardest hit…
According to reports, Russia had been shipping $6 billion worth of military aid to Venezuela, including modern air defense systems meant to shield the Maduro regime.
But here’s the kicker: those defenses were reportedly wiped out by U.S. airstrikes near Caracas and the port of La Guaira during the operation that led to Maduro’s capture.
Six billion dollars of Russian military hardware… turned into scrap metal overnight.
Yet, Venezuela had all that foreign backing, all that tech, and they still couldn’t stop a single U.S. raid.
The message to Moscow? You can arm dictators all you want, but when America actually shows up, your “toys” don’t matter.”

Dems critical of this moment are hugely going to be on the wrong side of history. Their words are like the dynamite intended for roadrunner blowing up in the face of Wile E. Coyote.

way too soon for a poll like this. How many who were polled only had vague awareness of the facts?
YouGov poll | 1/3
Do you support the US using military force to overthrow Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and bring him and his wife to the US to face trial?
Oppose 39%
Support 36%
Not sure 25%
🟦Democratic (63/14 oppose) [+49 oppose]
🟥Republican (66/13 support) [+53 support]
⬜️Independent (44/27 oppose) [+17 oppose]
Furthermore the word “overthrow” salted this poll a little bit. He was a criminal who has resisted arrest, but was finally and justly arrested.

Tina, that’s what I keep pointing out here. The left is like Wile E. Coyote throwing the dynamite at roadrunner but it boomerangs back into his face where it explodes.
They are so used to the idea that everyone they know demands and wants leaders like Maduro that they cannot believe anyone would celebrate his capture.
They are very badly on the wrong side of history and its going to come back to bite them,

Democrats have announced which side they are on. They HATE freedom and liberty. They are ANGRY that the people of an oppressed nation will now be able to better themselves. They are ANGRY that a tyrant is no longer in power.
This should open the eyes of people but it won’t. The Democrats want the United States to be exactly what Maduro had these many years in Venezuela.

The manner of arrest, when outside the U.S., does not provide a basis to defend against the criminal charges legitimately brought in a US court. Noriega attempted that defense and it was shot down by the 11th Circuit. The Supreme Court declined to review it. The Mexican doctor who kept DEA Agent Kiki Camarena alive while he was being tortured was kidnapped by US law enforcement in Mexico and brought to the US. The Supreme Court later affirmed his conviction and held the legality of his arrest on foreign soil could not be raised as a bar to prosecution in the US.
