This is what I mean when I say elections won’t matter if we don’t change the educational system.
It is our educational system that has made something like this acceptable to enough people that a Governor of a major state can enact it without enough blowback and enough ridicule to make him desist.
Basically, Newsome gives tampons to third grade boys AND is still a viable candidate for President. It’s where we are.

Outstanding opening day in baseball. Since I subscribe to MLB extra innings I was able to watch several pre-game ceremonies. Was interested in the Toronto reception of the American flag-give them Canadian fans credit as they were actually respectful. Games were great from the Braves/Padres to Red Sox/Rangers all the way up to the A’s/Mariners. A great start for a great game.

Propaganda works. My wife says Trump supporters at her work believe some of this crap. She herself wondered if maybe “Elon is moving too fast”.
If Rs lose the Florida election, and it looks like they will lose in WI, a lot of the GOP will get wobbly, bet on it.
I think Musk needs to go on a propaganda offensive of his own, and not let this “veterans and social security” terrorism take root.
