I actually thing Kellogg’s statements on Ukraine (and now Iran) are encouraging. They reflect an understanding that campaign rhetoric and actual governing are two different things.

And why is Bannon calling Musk “truly evil”?
Because he supports the H1-B visas.
It doesn’t matter to Bannon that Musk was instrumental in Trump winning. That he transformed the largest social media platform in favor of free speech. That he is tasked with a huge job to cut govt waste and spending.
What matters to Bannon is that he disagrees on one issue.

Sorry, the Trump family nor Trump himself EVER promoted Bannon. He was brought into the campaign after Cruz dropped out along with Kellyanne Conway. KC is a decent person who supports the MAGA agenda. Bannon is a user, grifter, liar, who is extremely good at basking in reflected glory.
The same people who love Bannon are the same ones who love Kari Lake and her ilk. Waste of time, both of them.

Centre County, Pennsylvania. Just got more Republican. Democrats were leading in this county until just recently.

It is home to Penn State main campus. Obama won it by 12 in 2008 and by 1 in 2012. Hillary by 3 in 2016. Biden by 5 in 2020. Harris by 3 in 2024.
Maybe it will finally flip in 2028.

It’s estimated, for instance, that 70% voted for Bass (a Marxist) over Caruso a businessman.

Chicago had Lori Lightfoot (who looked like the love child of Grady from Sanford and Son, and Beetlejuice), and she was awful. She was bounced after one term because of Covid anger. The choices to replace her were a normal dem, and a progressive psycho. The psycho won.
Hopefully, LA won’t make the same error.
