Fires in Malibu, CA seem to regularly rotate thru this coastal enclave, burning huge homes and often threatening the beautiful campus of Pepperdine University. Last night, with the Santa Ana winds starting up along with 7% humidity, it became the perfect storm for such wild fires.

Marc Elias was paid over $600k to try to steal the election for Casey.
“In all, Democrats paid the Elias Law Group more than $650,000 in the weeks after the election.
Elias, known for using bare-knuckle tactics to help Democrats win, joined the Casey legal fight a day after the Associated Press called the Senate race in favor of Republican Dave McCormick. Casey trailed by around 40,000 votes but refused to concede the race, saying that “every vote must be counted.”
“The Pennsylvania Senate race is not over,” Elias tweeted on November 7.
Bitter, I live about 15 miles south of here. As a kid I would ride my bike up Malibu Canyon to a rural park and go hiking. Anyway, love the area around where the fires are burning, and am in awe of the beautiful site Pepperdine is located on.
Jan, did you see all of the weird circumstances about the lost house races in Orange County? Reports of fire alarms and suspicious trucks and voting discrepancies.
Aside from politics, I know California has a lot of natural beauty. However, I am not interested in earthquakes, wildfires, or mudslides. Your ocean is also on the wrong side. I will stay here.
Tina, I wasn’t aware of the specifics in those Orange County races. However, there were lots of questions why the count took so long, and was only resolved after the dem candidate won. Of course you know CA is #1 in election fraud, by giving so much room to generate votes with no change of custody etc.
Ari Fleischer is suggesting the DC news room become “modernized” under the Trump Administration. He recommends the existing front row seats, occupied by legacy media types, move to the back, replaced by podcasters and alternative media types, as they are now the new media listened to more than the rapidly deteriorating old media.
Why would any conservative be at all concerned about the mainstream/legacy media being brought down several pegs? They are completely dishonest players.

McConnell always walked slowly due to a lifelong limp from polio and has always had a quavery voice, but both the limp and the quaver seem considerably worse.
IF McConnell resigned from office, Beshear would not get to choose the replacement. KY law, passed over his veto, allows a Republican committee to submit three names, and Beshear has to pick one of them.

“I would like objective reporting. There has never been objective reporting in America.”
-Nobody said there was objective reporting. Never has been. We agree on that.
We would like any Republican to prioritize those who give reports of facts from the perspective that government is the last resort to get involved, as opposed to the way the mainstream media liberal Democrats frame it, always asking “what will our politicians do about this issue?”.
We would also want each politician to call out the mainstream media on a continuous basis, the same way Democrats constantly accuse FOX, Newsmax, talk-radio, etc etc of being right-wing.
Let the American people see both sides, and then make their decisions.
I believe we will prevail in a world where both sides are publicized equally, like on TwitterX.

They should be proven wrong. You might start by eliminating spending for the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the National Endowment for Democracy. In truth, these agencies have little to do with the arts, humanities, or democracy. They are mostly playpens for left-wingers and anti-Trumpers.
