I hate this woman’s politics as much as the rest of you, but is there any evidence of this? From what I’ve seen, she has stated that her accounts are managed by an advisor with full discretion. She makes no investment decisions, approves no trades beforehand, and has no involvement whatsoever in the accounts. The portfolio has done incredibly well, and the securities are well known companies, but I have also seen others hitting such returns in the past 40 years with these amazing bull market runs without any insider trading . Now it’s possible that she is secretly feeding the advisor with inside information, but there is no proof that I have seen where this has been substantiated or even alleged. There doesn’t seem to be any basis for a case here. Is there anything out there that I am missing?

Nancy Pelosi has a well-documented pattern of suspiciously timed stock trades that frequently coincide with major market-moving events she helped shape through her congressional role, raising strong suspicions of insider trading that would typically send an ordinary citizen to prison.
NVIDIA (2024-2025): Purchases of NVIDIA call options in 2024 occurred before massive surges in share price driven by AI demand, with significant sales taking place in late 2024 and early 2025. Google (2022-2023): Paul Pelosi sold 30,000 shares of Google (GOOGL) in December 2022, just one month before the Department of Justice announced an antitrust lawsuit against the company. Visa/Tech Antitrust (2025): Reports indicated substantial sales of Visa and Microsoft stock shortly before antitrust investigations or lawsuits were announced regarding these companies. AllianceBernstein (2026): In January 2026, over $1 million was invested in AllianceBernstein (AB) amid rumors of an acquisition, according to social media reports tracking her trades.Microsoft (2025): Sold 5,000 shares of Microsoft worth over $2 million months before a major antitrust investigation. Tesla and Chip Stocks: Purchased Tesla call options before news boosted the stock and traded in semiconductor stocks before Congress passed funding for that industry.
There are literally dozens of other examples of trades right before announcements of which Nancy Pelosi would have prior knowledge.

lol! You’re dumber than I thought. You saw it here first folks. Funny how I seem to remember this jerk telling people the deep state didn’t exist.
Nah, both of those agencies, including the independent agency like the SEC have plenty of Hungry prosecutors that would kill to bring a case like this against a high ranking official of any party. It’s what they do and if you knew them you’d understand, but you don’t. The reality is Pelosi probably has an advisor making the decisions, is legally walled off from the trading, and unless there is proof that she is feeding the advisor information (which there is no public allegations of that), there is no case to be made in the real world, only in the world of a conspiracy and deep state believing tool like Jason, LOl!

The reason JD Vance left earlier through a different door from Trump’s is that he was alone.
On the other side of the table were the president, the first lady, and the press secretary, who was very pregnant. The Secret Service immediately created a security perimeter to get them out. Trump, who doesn’t let himself get carried away easily, demanded explanations. He wanted to know what was happening, ordered that the first lady’s evacuation be prioritized, asked that the journalists be removed, and decided to leave on his own two feet but making sure to get the press secretary out first. He didn’t want to duck down. He fell briefly after a shove from the agents and left the room on foot.”

Maybe, but I wouldn’t put too much stock in that.
Judges routinely try to appear like they are being fair only to vote their ideology anyway.
Personally I can’t think of any possible argument that would justify a 10-1 D majority delegation in a state that routinely votes at least 45% R.
Many states voted to ban gay marriage only to have courts overturn it, so even the “will of the people” argument is weak here, especially with a 51-49 vote.

more stupidity by Jason. He says the sec “had him [Madoff] as President of NASDAQ. Unfortunately, the SEC doesn’t appoint or approve chairman of this separate entity. It only happened in Jason’s world, where the democrats deep state prevents a “slam dunk” prosecution of Pelosi under a Republican administration. More bad news for Jason. Much as I hate the CA referendum result, at least least was a 2-1 blowout. The map should result in a roughly 8-1 Dem advantage (about 46-6 in terms of seats) once all is said and done, though a few of those seats are going to be close, and the governor’s race could affect turnout and such in those close seats.
In VA, the vote was 51-48, but the map would result in 10-1. That’s even more egregious than in CA, and while the CA lines are quite ridiculous, the proposed VA are even more so (and thus violate state law). I have to think that the justices will at least consider that.

Nah. The statute is 5 years for civil and 6 criminal on insider trading, so the vast majority of Pelosi’s trade over her 40 year career are long gone for prosecution.
And yes, even under R administrations there is little political appetite to go after Pelosi, that is a fact.
And I know math (or economics) is not FLA2025’s forte, but there are only FIVE commissioners on the SEC.
LikeLike
Just give it up Jason. You’re floundering now . You posted above examples of the “slam dunk” case with a series of recent trades all within the statue of limitations. Those are all prosecutable and would easily be a feather in a prosecutors cap. Also, I know you are ignorant of this, but if she’s engaged in this conduct throughout, it’s called a conspiracy and the trades beforehand can also be included in any current charging because they are part of that same, current (within statute of limitation) conspiracy. So there is nothing stopping that “slam dunk” and peachy prosecution, my llama loving friend. And not to beat a dead horse but according to the enacting statue of the SEC,2 commissioners are required to be republicans and 2 are required to be democrats to maintain some semblance of independence. The chairman is also appointed by the president and can be any party, but of course the president usually appointed someone of his own party although that has not always been the case. Currently, the Republican president has appointed Atkins, a Republican, as chairman of the sec, not Genstler. So you have an agency that by statute is required to have this unique appointment structure to help maintain its political independence. That’s not my characterization, but in the preamble to the Act creating and authorizing the agency. So , by my math, we currently have an equal weight of Democrat and Republican commissioners (2 apiece) and a Republican Chairman, all of which according to you, are preventing (for the past year and a half)the prosecution of a “slam dunk” case along with “deep state” prosecutors who refuse to bring the charges. Notwithstanding the fact that , contrary to your baseless beliefs, there is tremendous appetite to bring such a high profile case , which would, among other things, solidify a post agency career at one of many prestigious law firms for some young, hungry prosecutor. But that’s something you just wouldn’t know or understand.

FLA2025 thinks the SEC is a wonderful trustworthy efficient agency.
Strictly non-partisan and never political.
“Bernie Madoff successfully hoodwinked the SEC for over two decades by leveraging his reputation as a former Nasdaq chairman and providing misleading information, despite receiving at least six credible tips between 2000 and 2008. A 2009 inspector general report described SEC investigations as incompetent, with examiners focusing on paperwork rather than verifying trades, allowing the $50+ billion Ponzi scheme to continue”
Actually, Nancy could have made $1 trillion, but because she knew the SEC was VERY efficient, she limited her gains 17,000% gains to $250 million.
“One whistleblower, a former exec at a rival firm, wrote the SEC as early as 1999 to warn that Madoff was running the “world’s largest Ponzi Scheme.” He repeated his warnings to the SEC through this past April. There were other critics and naysayers, including a 2001 article in Barron’s questioning Madoff’s unrealistically consistent returns.
The inspection likely never happened, the Washington Post reports, because the SEC “does not have the resources to examine investment advisers on a regular schedule.” Instead, they target certain firms that use high-risk investment strategies — and Madoff’s didn’t fit the profile. It also didn’t hurt that he was a prominent fixture on Wall Street, a former chairman of the Nasdaq stock exchange. Only 10 percent of the 11,300 investment advisers registered with the SEC are examined on a regular basis, an SEC official tells the Post.”

As former Speaker of the House, she amassed enormous wealth while in public service, with her family’s portfolio consistently delivering returns far exceeding market averages—returns that defy explanation for typical investors.
