That Harvard/Harris polls says West will get 2% of the national popular vote. The problem is, he only made it on the ballot in AK, CO, LA, ME, MI, MN, NE, NC, OR, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA and WI. Everywhere else they would have to write in his name.
But somehow he’s going to get 2% nationally.
