The democrat party has literally reconstructed their image and ideology with lies, professing to be a “centrist” on most issues. With the press enthusiastically supporting and spreading such misinformation I think it will be difficult to neutralize the dishonesty on display in this powerful marriage between the Dems and corporate media.
My lifelong friend living in San Francisco, for instance, knows nothing more than what she hears on cable news. When I go thru Walz’s sketchy background, China involvement, policies he advocates for, terrible governance in Minnesota she says she has no knowledge of these details, but refuses to check out their veracity, feeling more comfortable to just stick with televised indoctrination instead. It’s become so frustrating talking to her as she complains about taxation, crime, gender transitioning, sexualizing kids in schools! but still hangs in there voting for democrats who legislate in many of the financial/social/cultural policies she hates. How do you turn these people around?

The problem is the only way to get the truth out is to spend the money to buy out the NY Times, CNN, NBC, ABC, and CBS, and install news anchors who will tell the truth.
I said it before, but the election is shaping up to be the same as 1840 when Martin Van Buren was defeated by William Henry Harrison due to a propaganda campaign that literally reversed the truth between the new candidates, convincing the ignorant masses that Harrison grew up in poverty and Van Buren was born into a rich, elite aristocrat family, when the exact opposite was true.
Tina’s great-great-great-grandmother did successfully get a label to stick for Van Buren, getting “Martin Van Ruin” to go viral.
Walt was for Harrison, though he condemned the dishonesty of the propaganda.
