Speaking of a Georgia poll, Trump/Vance will be holding a rally this Saturday in the same convention center Harris held hers in 4 days ago. She had a huge crowd incentivized by having a celebrity asset entertaining the crowd – many leaving after the performance was over. It will be interesting to see how many Trump attracts based on his and Vance’s own popularity.

I think that Harris is enjoying her coronation, which still has 3-4 weeks before it peaks. Nothing that is said or done on our side means anything. Any furor created is just to downplay Trump/Vance to make Harris/? look ever better.
Come September, like in all previous elections, the campaign will settle in to a clear view. Trump has a great chance to win, but has it within his very capable hands of blowing it.

I agree about disregarding what the left believes. Most of the hard left’s perspective is cemented in MSM propaganda. Like DW said, it’s the indies demographic who needs to be persuaded by either proposed policies that will help them out, or detailing Kamala’s policies that will end up hurting them or their families. Another voter population to court are conservative low-propensity voters – ones who have the same values but don’t vote often.

I also would not narrow attacks on Harris too much in fear of being too insensitive or too politically incorrect. McCain did this when running against Obama – filtered his remarks about his background or radical associations – and it proved to be a weak strategy. Instead, I think Trump should focus on his policy ideas, contrasting them with Kamala’s radical ones, using his standard sense of humor, while surrogates become his pit bulls.
