Tina, I saw that booing of Mitch. I wish that hadn’t happened. It is time for him to leave leadership and he has said he will do so. Therefore, booing a guy who did a lot of good things over the years does nothing to advance any cause and will piss off the Bitter/Robbie wing of the party.

Reagan did this through communication and application of core conservative principles. I was a delegate back then and involved in party platform.
Expanding the party through compromising conservative principles for liberalism light….is not the same thing.

His son admitting last night on NBC his Father doesn’t believe in the definition of traditional marriage.

It seems to me the Republican Party is being expanded to include all people believing in the same fundamental beliefs of being free to think, speak, worship, congregate, own a home, fire arms etc., rather than separated out by gender, class and race as the Dems have done for years. I don’t see anything from the original constitution being compromised, including abortion, which has been given to each state to decide.

Zzzzzzzz. I have never voted for a Democrat except RINO Trump since I began voting in 1986. I have run as a conservative Republican at the local and Federal level. Trump received my vote in 2016 and 2020 and will again in 2024.

Cash Cow just handed me one page of the DNC party platform that he somehow got ahold of in his mysterious cow ways. The Dems intent to roll out at their Dem convention and these words will be uttered by Joe Biden in his acceptance speech:

#8. Capping all rent at 5% of family incomes so they have more money to pay for luxuries like food, gasoline, clothes, etc.
#9. forbidding the use of the term ‘man hole covers’ and instead requiring that 1/3 of these covers be referred to as ‘male hole cover’, 1/3 referred to as ‘women hole covers’, and 1/3 being referred to as ‘LBGTQ hole cover’s and that these last group all be painted in bright rainbow colors.
#10. end the Trump tax cuts for all Americans and but get more tax revenue by putting a 100% tax on all billionaires
#11. By executive order, start a program to provide monthly government checks for one-eyed, one-legged, bisexual, left-handed, American Indians and other indigenous populations who have suffered horribly due to systemic racism.
#12. they say that drought and global warming is caused by nature and God, so we are going to start heavily taxing churches and seizing their assets so the government can pay for the needs of all the destitute illegal aliens who, because of global man-made warming, have been forced to buy expensive plane tickets and cell phones to come from Africa, China, Middle East, etc. to get to Mexico so they can cross into the U.S. and take selfies and live here in the U.S.”

#14. outlaw all fossil fuels by 2026 thereby ending the global warming crisis
#15. reparations checks for all African Americans (or people who identify as African Americans) who are registered Democrats and consistently vote that way
#16. cancelling all credit card debt for everyone who makes has less than $60,000 annual income
