    Actually, not all of them.

Only the ones that don’t support your narrative or candidate. Those have bad “internals” or are (take your choice) “university”, “MSM”, “left wing”, “rescue”. etc/

But all others are spot on.

Trump needs to narrow that gap on “Medicare and Social Security”, no reason where Biden irresponsible record on deficit spending should give him an edge.

Abortion is interesting, Biden’s advantage is only about 14 pts.

    More on the Wisconsin poll

“Voter enthusiasm, however, is overwhelmingly on Trump’s side and that could be decisive in November, according to Marquette University Law School poll director Charles Franklin.

“Here’s a path for Joe Biden to lose this election pretty badly, is that he’s failed to inspire his supporters,” Franklin said Wednesday at an event on Marquette’s campus. “They’re unenthusiastic about him and his campaign, and they’re much less likely to vote than those who are very enthusiastic, who overwhelmingly are for Trump.”

Wednesday’s poll shows voters who think of themselves as very enthusiastic to vote are siding with Trump over Biden 61% to 39%, and voters who describe themselves as having lower levels of enthusiasm lean toward Biden by significant margins, Franklin said.”

    Good stuff…

“Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-Tex.), one of former president Donald Trump’s prominent Black surrogates, plans to air TV ads criticizing President Biden on race during Biden’s first debate Thursday with Trump.

A Hunt spokesperson said the congressman’s leadership PAC, Hellfire PAC, is funding the ads, which center on past comments that Biden has made about race. During the debate, the group is airing a 60-second spot on Fox News and CNN in six markets: Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee and Charlotte.

The commercial was not immediately available for viewing. But Black Republicans have sought to undermine Biden’s large advantage with Black voters by highlighting remarks like one in 2020 where Biden told Black voters they “ain’t Black” if they were considering voting for Trump. Biden later apologized.

Hellfire PAC disclosed to the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday that it was spending $121,000 on anti-Biden ads.

Hunt and another Black surrogate for Trump, Rep. Byron Donalds (Fla.), are set to hold a “Congress, Cognac and Cigars” event Wednesday in Atlanta — the site of the debate — in an effort to appeal to Black male voters. They are also set to attend a debate watch party with other top Trump surrogates and potential vice-presidential candidates.

Another Black surrogate for Trump, Sen. Tim Scott (S.C.), has launched a $14 million effort targeting minority voters in seven states ahead of the November election.”

  10. SCOTUS sends abortions in ER case back down. Zzzzzzzz. I believe most Americans do not women to die if abortion is needed to save their life. However, how many cases are we talking about? 100? 1000? 10,000? Another issue abortions to prevent death vs, abortions to “protect health” which is vague and ill-defined.

  11. Jeff G…sounds like they will review the petitions further, and they also have put the Constitution Party candidate in limbo too.

But yeah, these Defenders of Democracy deny democracy whenever they can to benefit themselves.

  12. jason, interesting stuff on Wisconsin, however, in this state the Dems don’t need to worry about low voter enthusiasm. They will do what they always do, fire up the busses in Milwaukee and give everyone a box of cigarettes, a sandwich, a shot of whiskey and a ride to the polls. If its really bad this election, they will throw in a $50 Walmart gift card. Whatever it takes, they will get the enthusiasm. And they will resort to what they have done before, like slashing the tires on the GOP get out the vote vehicles.

  13. Jason is probably right that the hack judge might just sentence Trump to jail pending appeal. No way he tries to actually have him locked up four days before the Republican convention. After seeing the polling I can only imagine how bad that would backfire. The judge knows that as well. However, a jail sentence pending appeal won’t play much better with the electorate either. You will still be sentencing Biden’s opponent to prison. It wouldn’t play any better…..to say nothing of the $$ the Trump campaign would take in the moment the sentencing was announced.

This is not how Democrats expected to play out — Phil
