Two weeks into the Carnivore diet and I lost 8 lbs. BP dropped into normal range with no more meds. Ditched Lipitor two weeks ago. At 63 I felt like I was slowly dying before this change. Today I feel like I am in forties again. Unbelievable change. No need for any help in the bedroom either. My mood has improved drastically enough to begin paying attention to the news again.
My healthy European wife resisted the traditional American diet for years and years and is an absolute babe at 60. You think I would have learned sooner from her how the drug companies, AMA and big food corps are colluding with DC.

JeffP – inspirational diet change testimony. I looked the diet up and find what I would miss most from it’s limitations are rice (specifically wild rice), pasta, yogurt, wine, broccoli, and fruit.

The latest court drama is in Delaware- a small & forgiving jurisdiction for Biden’s son, unlike the jurisdiction foisted upon DJT, for misdemeanors which turned into felonies for the purpose of rendering a criminal conviction. I would bet on the Delaware outcome being, at the very worst, a slap on the wrist.

Breakfast
2 Scrambled Eggs with Cheese and either 3-4 Bacon or sausage and possibly strip steak.
Lunch- 1 cup of steak from Chipotle use a little sour cream for dipping
Breakfast- 1/2 Hamburger sometimes with cheese, or 1 lb Rib Eye Steak, or grilled shrimp tacos / cheese with Keto tortillas.
Eating mostly clean food and grass fed beef.
All cooked in Kerrygold butter.
Tons of water, Black coffee or unsweetened ice tea with lemon.
Have some sugar cravings. But not too bad.

I’m beginning to think that when all is said and done Biden is going to go down as more scandalous than Nixon. In my mind there’s no doubt he and his people are behind all these prosecutions of Trump, which when fully outed, will make him a pariah in history.

A Michigan poll from June 2-4 has a head-to-head tie at 48. With all the candidates, it’s Trump +1. Starting to look like the verdict didn’t move the polls. I am surprised we haven’t seen more swing state polls by now, but they must be coming soon.
