Speaking of baseball history, remember 2022 when the Mets won 101 games but lost the division on a tiebreaker to the Braves? Talk about whining fans (Mets). The Mets then rewarded their fans by losing at home in the wild card round. Meanwhile, the 6th seeded Phillies took out the Cardinals, Braves and Padres before they lost in the World Series.

This case involves allegrdly a business records matter (a misdemeanor) and so,e other unspecified crime. So, the details over sexual acts are not applicable.
The commie judge said no to a mistrial. But he erred. You cannot unpack what the jury heard.
This especially in light of the Harvey Weinstein reversal.

I don’t believe he had anything to do with her sexually; moreover, her testimony should not have been even admitted This is a business record case.
