typo at five thirty eight…they put in the fox news poll as Biden 45, Trump 40 instead of 50. I guess they can’t be blamed given the history of fox news polling
Attending the wake of the fallen NYPD officer is going to get Trump a lot of good will.
Evidently this poster is not a Trump fan but gives him credit and already has 26k likes.
Okay, I'm going to give a Trump W this morning. A mutual friend of mine lives in NY. His neighbor is the funeral director doing the wake for the NYC cop just killed the other day. He met with the widow and the department. While she was in his office, the Port Authority…
I have a new theory on why the Green Party announced their party platform to be centered around a new mandatory COVID lockdown, required masking, and mandatory covid shots.
They have to know how poorly this will be received by the electorate. I think they don’t want votes. They hate Trump and know that Biden will need all the help they can give, but they also don’t want to fully admit they are irrelevant. If they were confident of a Dem win, they would promote an environmental platform like they used to.
But this 2024 platform is them saying that they are still important, but go vote for Biden this year.
The two bodies found yesterday were in a truck. I wonder if they saw the ship coming and were trying to leave. Or maybe they were just taking a coffee break.
In any case they were not close to where the ship hit, if they had been right over it possibly they would have fallen onto the ship itself.
The two survivors were not in vehicles, they were thrown into the water. A miracle they survived.
Just getting thrown into the water could easily kill them, and then there was the potential that debris or the parts of the structure could land on them in the water. Yeah, amazing any of them survived. Will be interesting if they tell their stories.
Doing some more reading on the RFK independent bid for the POTUS. It appears that unless something drastic changes, he will end up being on the ballot in most, if not all states. He already cleared the signatures hurdle for approval on the Nevada ballot, which is about 12th place for requiring the most signatures.
He keeps getting roughly between 8 and 12 percent in most states. In nearly every state he hurts Biden more than Trump.
He keeps getting roughly between 8 and 12 percent in most states. In nearly every state he hurts Biden more than Trump”
Color me skeptical on this.
In the first place he will not get as many votes as he polls. Come election day many people will want their votes to count whether they expressed support for an also ran or not in a poll.
Second, it depends where he takes votes from Biden. If he takes votes from Biden in CA, NY, and IL it won’t help Trump. It would help if he takes them in MI, WI and PA.
I have some anecdotal evidence in Twitter comments that some Rs are giving up on him because of his VP pick.
But IMO the verdict is still out on whether he will help or hurt Trump or neither.
Btw, Jasmine Sherman’s running mate is Tanda Blubear
“Enter the world of Tanda Blubear, a formidable warrior hailing from the Pomo Nation. With a heart as fierce as her spirit, Tanda emerges as a beacon of empowerment for Indigenous women across Turtle Island. From the depths of her ancestral roots, she draws strength, wisdom, and a profound sense of duty to her community.”
“But IMO the verdict is still out on whether he will help or hurt Trump or neither.”
I agree. Its a fools errand for some Republican to become volunteers to gather signatures for Kennedy. And I agree that in battleground states, the 8-12% Kennedy is getting now will nearly evaporate by election day.
The only way it might go different is if by election day, Biden is campaigning with oxygen tanks, an IV for hydration, and a catheter; and if Trump goes way off the rails with his veep pick and saying absolutely insane stuff on the campaign trail.
Then I could see Kennedy making a play.
But as it is right now, I will be updating the Polling pages here for each state, to show the average both with and without Kennedy. I am not going to include West or Stein as their 0 to 2% isn’t worth my time.
Kurt Schlichter takes down the professional Never Trumpers.
Brutal.
“Have you heard from the Lincoln Project lately? Maybe they’re just laying low because school is in session and they’ll come back when the kids are out for Easter break. Whatever the reason is, they seem to be pretty much gone. We just don’t hear from them much anymore on the Twitters. Maybe their funders decided to spend their money in a more useful way, like lighting it on fire and using it as a suppository.
Alyssa Farah’s rise to mediocrity is based solely on her being the alleged Republican on “The View.” It’s weird how all these regime media Republicans hate everything that Republicans actually support. Now, I admire the sheer audacity of her grift, even though I wouldn’t watch her show any more than I would watch “G-String Jell-O Wrestling With the Stars” featuring Chris Christie and Fani Willis.
Who is this Farah person anyway? She was a non-entity in Republican politics. She’s still non-entity in Republican politics. Yet, somehow, she’s the voice of Republican politics? What Republicans? The ones hanging out at Bill Kristol’s place?
Oh yeah, Bill Kristol. Now that Charlie Sykes has slunk away to spend more time with his families, Billy is the last of the old-school Never Trump OGs. Talk about a lesser son of a greater father. I love to include his fussy characterization of my amazing Kelly Turnbull “People’s Republic” novels as “appalling” among the blurbs on my book covers. No one likes him. He’s box office poison, the Amy Schumer of American politics. Is there a single person out there who wonders, “Say, I wonder what Kristol thinks?” Is he still even getting gigs on MSNBCNN? I mean, they have to be tired of him by now. You don’t even need him anymore. You can just use Google AI and get the same dumb answer.”
Fat F–k Christie admits he wouldn’t take any votes away from Trump, only from Biden.
He is too much of a scumbag to ask himself why.
“I appreciate the encouragement I’ve gotten to pursue a third-party candidacy,” Christie said in a statement to The Washington Post on Wednesday. “While I believe this is a conversation that needs to be had with the American people, I also believe that if there is not a pathway to win and if my candidacy in any way, shape or form would help Donald Trump become president again, then it is not the way forward.”
95% of the donations of the Fed board members have gone to democrats. Our economy is growing hot at 6% nominal GDP growth and rate cuts historically don’t make sense right now.
Yet they go going full tilt towards THREE rate cuts yet this year starting in June.
Why June? it’s the final meeting before the conventions so if they are going to cut into the election they want the rate cuts on autopilot starting before the conventions even begin.
The entire Fed policy meetings going forward can be summed up as “orange man bad” and then warping the data to fit their narrative from there.
stocks, bitcoin, assets, housing, debasement to the moon for the Biden reelection.
Political Donations by Fed Employees Favor Democrats
Federal Reserve employees donated nearly $900,000 to Democratic candidates and causes, and just over $30,000 to Republican ones this election cycle, according to the OpenSecrets.org website.
After the election this is going to eventually be a repeat of end of 2021-beginning of 2022
All of sudden oil stocks and energy are going to surge again and blow everything up once the corrupt Fed board reelects Biden and overheats the global economy again.
Here is the total number of polls of ME, CO and MN that include Kennedy in the survey:

I would like to coin a new term:
“pollophobia”
“The fear experienced by liberal polling firms that keeps them from polling states and publishing the results, and the subsequent discouragement the results would bring their constituents.”
If the new word fails to catch on in English vocabulary, the Spanish equivalent could be used for “fear of chickens.”
Tina-ppi and cpi aren’t inflation. Those are bogus government statistics that are used for government stuff like social security cost of living adjustments and fed policy.
Inflation isn’t really a static number, but if you want a number go with 15-20% a year…at a minimum
yeah, I think everyone is getting ready for the holiday weekend, for those who celebrate, and today was a lot of running around, and work people trying to get stuff done today
Bitter – I have the boys, so I have a weekend of trampoline parks, the park to be the goalie for off season soccer practice, while throwing the lacrosse ball to the other son…pool day, easter egg hunts, easter egg basket making, Spaghetti and meatball Saturday night with kids friends play date…. you get the idea
Probably will be no polls tomorrow either. But I will check and post them if they come up.
In the mean time, I think my efforts to update the state poll pages have paid off. I think this is a FAR better design than Real Clear Politics, where their Biden-Trump polls are on a completely different page from the Biden-Trump-Kennedy-West-Stein polls. Its annoying trying to compare between the two. My innovative design will work seamlessly once the pollsters get to the point where they include Kennedy in every poll.
What is interesting so far is the fact that in the southeast states GA, NC and FL, Kennedy gets about 7.7 % of the vote. Move up to the rust belt, PA, WI, MI, and Kennedy polls at about 8.8.
Then out in the northeast (NH) and out west (AZ, and NV) Kennedy gets a little more.
Vic – That sounds like a great weekend. Enjoy the time when your boys are young. No matter how long it seems to get to each milestone, it really does fly by.
I was right, the workers WERE taking a break and that is why they were in their cars when the bridge collapsed.
Julio Cervantes, one of eight construction workers who were plunged into the Patapsco River when the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed early Tuesday morning, did not know how to swim, according to his wife.
“It is a miracle he survived,” his wife, who did not disclose her name, told NBC News.
Just before the bridge fell at approximately 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, Cervantes and seven other workers from Mexico and Central America were sitting in their cars, taking a break from filling potholes on the roadway.”

I heard that it is too dangerous to look for and retrieve the bodies of the remaining victims of the bridge collapse. Devastating for the families.
