3–Automatic jail time anyone who mentions the Hunter Biden laptop or says Joe Biden was influence peddling and taking kickbacks from Hunter.
4–Replace police forces with community organizers.
5–Federally legalize maryjuwani. (“Biden will help you ‘blunt’ your problems”).
6–All federal election voting will be done by cell phones (sorta like they do on Dancing With The Starts and American Idol) Will save MILLIONS of dollars on current election costs)
7–In order to vote, you have to provide a valid and up to date COVID vaccination card.
8–Add one more member to the SCOTUS who must be an American Indian.
9–To keep it an odd number, add another SCOTUs member who must be LBGTQEIEIO.
10–To save the environment and defeat man-made global warming, ban gasoline engines and gas-powered cars.
11–To solve the illegal immigration problem, require every household that has a guest bedroom to take in at least 4 illegal immigrants into their home to house and feed them. (you will be given a $20 per year federal tax credit).
12–Free college education for all (no need to go through the hassle of borrowing money and then having Dems have to forgive student loan debt). [plus free college education in somewhere in the Constitution, just like free health care is]
13–All corporations must be non-profits and the salaries and benefits of the CEOs and other corporate officials are capped at $30,000/year.
14–Required reeducation camps for all people opposed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and opposed to political indoctrination of K-12 students to prove all whites are racists.
15–Do away with Daylight Savings Time.

The Feds went after Steve Baker on 4 misdemeanors. However, apparently the real reason they want him gone is because his J6 photos and reporting exonerate some people who have been imprisoned, and show how the govt. distorted and lied about the evidence against these people.
If those are the policy changes wanted by the Dems, as posted by retllaw, it’s a cruel world awaiting us if they are successful.

Every President has had illegal immigrants who entered during their terms and engaged in heinous crimes.
Biden should face the judgement of legal voters on his immigration policy. And if you were going to indict him for not following immigration laws you would have to indict every living President and some of the dead ones too.

Around 4 am on February 20, guards ripped Samsel and political prisoner Jake Lang from their cells in the hole of the basement of the Washington DC Correctional Facility where they were housed for over six months, shackled and chained box cuffed them, and threw them in the back of a padded van.
“As soon as I [am] recommended outside treatment, I get [transferred.]” Samsel told this reporter moments before he removed from the hole in the DC Gulag. “Stopping my meds will make me extremely sick and they know this. They really are trying to kill me.”
American citizens, like Lang and Samsel, have been imprisoned for years following the J6 protest. No trials, no justice, just an infinite loss of their rights and freedom. They have had meds withheld, beaten by guards, held in detention or solitary confinement for prolonged periods of time, had teeth knocked out with few demands from others for accountability from our own government. Most of those imprisoned have also had no prior criminal record. However, if these same people were Putin’s prisoners the outrage would not only be palpable but over the top. When did it happen we became more sympathetic to dissidents abroad than we are to our own here in the U.S.?

Never heard of Ryan Samsel. I looked the name up. Here is some further information. It would be very inaccurate to say that he has been imprisoned for years without a trial. Based on this information, he already had his trial and was found guilty. This would make it very different than Putin. There are many stories that can be found about Samsel via Google search regarding what he was charged with and recently convicted of.

Samsel is described as having been the first person to have breached the police barricade at the Capitol by throwing the barricade at officers.
He hardly sounds like a hero and hardly sounds like Navalny. He should be getting whatever medication he needs while serving his time in prison. There has to be a source other than the Gateway Pundit though for anything along those lines to be taken seriously.

Samsel says his medical condition is related to having “enlarged breasts” and wanted to be released because of it. He got put into solitary custody after threatening to kill politicians and FBI agents.

So anonymous supports killing prisoners – got it! However, “most” J6ers have no such police record. But, anonymous wants to punish them all after he looks up someone – someone he never heard of – and satisfies himself by leaving a scorching review of the man. You must be so proud of yourself!

Killing prisoners? I specifically said he should get any medication he needs, but it does not seem like he has any actual medical problems except for maybe having large breasts. I certainly do not want him killed, but he is definitely a person who deserves to be locked up for a lot of reasons.
You need to branch out beyond Gateway Pundit or stop taking them as Gospel. They are not considered a serious outlet and clearly this Samsel guy is not who you were led to believe. I am being charitable in thinking you did not already know all this stuff about him.

Anybody who breaks the law should be held accountable. Plenty of things are taken into consideration in our legal system including past records, the specifics of the allegations, etc. etc. This particular guy Samsel seems to have committed among the most serious of the violent offenses on January 6 and thus will likely receive a pretty stiff sentence. I find it hard to believe he was already walking around free considering all the past violent crimes he had been convicted of.
None of this exists in Putin’s Russia, the system you so often express a preference for. Navalny did not deserve to die, jan. Putin was not justified in killing him, despite what Gateway Pundit posts.

I know this is an uncomfortable topic for some here.
However, Trump has said he would pardon all of the “J6 hostages”, every one of them, including someone like Samsel.
For a long time, Democrats complained about the “Willie Horton ad” and how much that hurt him. I think in this general election. Democrats are probably going to spend a lot of money running tv ads about Trump promising to pardon someone like Samsel and the ad will go through the litany of the crimes and allegations he has committed over a period of many years. It will be framed that a vote for Trump is a vote to unleash this man on the streets.

interestingly no one discussed the fact that this poll finds Trump within four in VA. I’m not sure it’s actually that close, but it’s a massive step forward and if real, shows that the movement to trump across the country is real

Both Adam Schiff and Katie Porter have been running radio ads against the two Republican candidates in the CA Governor primary, Steve Garvey (who I voted for) & Eric Early. In their ads, which are supposed to point out why they are wrong for CA, they attach the MAGA movement and Trump with their voting patterns and candidacy. Wouldn’t it be ironic if these ads backfired, and they actually helped the republicans move up in the polls because people were so tired of Newsom’s reckless spending.

The top two candidates will advance to November. The first place finisher on Tuesday may very well be Steve Garvey. But that would be perfectly fine with Schiff or Porter. (Porter is way to the left of Schiff for what it is worth, and Lee is even further to the left than both of them)
They both want to just be the top Democrat and to run against Garvey in November, where in California, either will be expected to beat him fairly easily. There seems to be a disconnect there in the above analysis.
The same poll above has Schiff ahead of Garvey by 15 points for the general election, but that is probably as close as that would ever look because the Democrats are divided right now with three major candidates and the backers of the other being perhaps reluctant to embrace Schiff.
Their ads are working exactly as they want. They are trying to elevate Garvey. They want conservatives to vote for him to “own the libs” Both Schiff and Porter (I think Schiff will probably beat out Porter) selfishly want the other Democrat to lose so they can run against Garvey with a pretty much united party behind them.

Both Schiff and Porter selfishly want Garvey to either finish first or second because they will probably beat him easily but if Schiff and Porter have to face each other for the next 8 months, they will have to work much harder, and the outcome will be far closer, as the state will only have the two of them to choose from.
Also, putting aside some of Garvey’s past from the 80s, where he portrayed himself as a pious family man, even while having extramarital affairs and having illegtimate children (similar to Herschel Walker), these days, Garvey is saying he may even vote for Joe Biden in November.
If Garvey does advance to November, he is not exactly going to be embracing MAGA.

It also does not appear that Porter is attacking Garvey. She is more attacking Schiff for “attacking” Garvey because she knows Schiff is using his money to try to help Garvey beat her out. Schiff’s “attacks” on Garvey leading up to the primary are working exactly as intended. They are making Republicans want to vote for Garvey in March, even though Garvey is saying he is open to supporting Biden.
After the primary, if it is Schiff against Garvey, he will start attacking him for real.

Looking more into this, it seems like Porter is using her money to “attack” Eric Early, the more conservative Republican candidate. Early has no real chance to advance, but Porter is hoping he can be portrayed as “more MAGA” than Garvey and thus some Republicans will vote for Early instead of Garvey, thus allowing Porter to maybe edge out Garvey and advance to November.
I am not a fan of the system California has for primaries, but there are some interesting strategies at play.

Porter is running ads stating that Early, who is way, way back in the polls is the “100 percent pro-Trump candidate” who opposes abortion, “loves the Second Amendment” and is “way more dangerous than Steve Garvey.”
Gee, she hopes that will make some Republicans decide to vote for Early over Garvey, although apparently jan in this case was too smart to fall for it. (Gateway Pundit hardest hit)
Porter is also criticizing Schiff for ‘attacking” Garvey because she says Garvey is opposed to a national abortion ban and has pledged to certify the election for Joe Biden if Biden wins. Porter is almost trying to embrace Garvey so that Republican primary voters will reject him.
All very interesting stuff, but the reality in California is that a Democrat will be the next Senator regardless of anything to do with “Newscum.”

I was initially incorrect in surmising that Porter wants Garvey to advance. She seems to be of the belief that if he does, she cannot. Her campaign thinks her only chance to advance is to finish in the top two against Schiff, where she will run to his left. On the other hand, Schiff most definitely is trying to help Garvey beat out Porter and advance.
