  7. Bitter, I don’t believe it either, but its a fact that by far PA is the state with the most disparate results in both directions. This illustrates the need for an aggregator of polls. If I had to guess, I would say Trump probably has a very slight edge in PA, but much depends on whether or not people will actually turn out for Kennedy, Stein, West and others. Actually casting ballots for them, so that the same persons don’t get their ballots cast for them after the polls close.

Further checking, I have confirmed that so far as I can tell, the Hedgehog Report Polling Aggregator is the ONLY one on the web that includes ALL polls, and that properly weights them for age.

A relevant analysis of the democrat and Republican Party characteristics. Even though I have consistently voted Republican, my respect for the R party has been replaced by lots of misgivings, as there appears to be little difference between these major parties, when important votes are on the line and counted.

“Democrats are evil because they support the murder of full-term babies and encourage confused teenagers to surgically mutilate their bodies for short term adulation but long-term misery, as the New York Times surprisingly pointed out. They want to control people, sacrificing individual liberty and free expression in favor of what they perceive as the “collective good.”

They believe themselves to be their own higher power. Their version of “natural law” is their whims of the day rather than “unalienable rights” endowed by our Creator.Republicans are stupid because they cannot articulate or enact any opposition to Democrat evil. They believe principled opposition is a watered-down version of Democrat policy. Like a battered spouse or child, Republicans crawl back to their abusers, hoping for a different outcome or a brief smile before the beatings resume”

Baris is very clear on this point, that multiple candidates that seriously siphon off votes helps Trump because Trump’s core support is solid, albeit well below 50%.

So lets say in a sample state the two-way battle is

    Trump 45 / Biden 44

Add Kennedy and it changes to Trump 40 / Biden 37 / Kennedy 9

Then add three more candidates, and Trump will still have 40, and the others bleed more.

Add 100 more candidates, and Trump would still sit at 40. Its because the Trump base will never abandon him from a more Trump-like candidate.

Meanwhile, our own border is open, creating a a greater substantial security risk than any suppositions about Putin (who is doing poorly in overcoming Ukraine) going wild and invading other countries. It’s not a well-founded excuse to bleed our own country to protect another country.

PA was extremely competitive in both 2016 and 2016 and if you add it all up over 13 million votes cast in the two election and the difference is about 30k in Biden’s favor (noting that in 2020, had the Libertarian vote gone to Trump he would have won despite the fraud).

So there is no reason to think it will be any different in 2024. The problem is the VBM and EV irregularities are now baked into the system.

THAT is why I think Trump is the underdog here, I actually think he is more popular than Biden.

Here’s how SCOTUS avoids the immunity question:

    1. Take up the case, set it specially for after Fischer.

    2. Order the parties to also brief Smith’s use of Sec. 371 Count re “Conspiracy to Defraud the US”, and the Sec. 241 Count re “Conspiracy against Rights.”

    3. Fischer throws out the 1512 counts.

    4. SCOTUS throws up the 371 count since no monetary benefit is alleged — basis for all “fraud” charges in federal law — and the 241 count since “counting” votes isn’t contemplated by the statutory langauge which relates to interference with the casting of votes.

All four counts are lost because the SCO hasn’t properly alleged violations of federal law based on the statutory language and façtual allegations.

No need to reach the question of POTUS immunity.

Never brought that up as to why Ukraine funding should be limited or entirely stopped. That’s your’s and Bitter’s lynchpin excuse why Ukraine should get money we don’t have, and have to borrow. My reasons involve the lunacy of sending money, with little to no oversight, to a country having a Junior Dictator making decisions forcing his countrymen to fight a war they are running away from. You refuse to take into account how Ukraine is being fractured by this war, losing a generation of young men and a leveling of their villages and communities. Any article or personal testimony, though, aligning with any negative overview of Ukraine’s war effort involving Zelenskyy’s unsympathetic, over-zealous command, is immediately mocked as siding with Putin. Again your insight, and understanding is deprived of a realistic picture of what’s going on in Ukraine, and instead seem to be looking at it like winning or losing video game.

You call Zelensky a Junior Dictator based upon Russian propaganda. You claim he is the cause of Ukrainians suffering rather than Putin. You will NEVER admit how many dead Ukrainians are acceptable as part of your surrender wish because, to be honest, any number is acceptable to you.

Continually saying posters, who don’t support the vast amount of aid going unaudited to another country are either Putin stooges or unsympathetic to the atrocities of war, is garbage. However, the villains here are mainly the incurious nature of those who flatline on seeing Ukraine in only a one-dimensional way, when there are many more factors attributing to it’s misery – government corruption, the rise of an authoritarian leadership, fears of involuntary conscription and death, an unnecessary elongation of war leading to further death and destruction of a country. Yes, Putin initiated this war, but people like Victoria Nuland and the Biden Administration augmented it, and the multinational moguls and Ukrainian Oligarchy are profiting off it. It makes me sad, as well, that you are so stuck on stupid in not seeing beyond your own windshield appraisal of the war.

All those complaining about $61B going to the Ukraine are obviously either ignorant, or purposely misleading people. The United States is not sending over, or would not send over, $61B in cash the for the Ukraine to spend as it sees fit. Most of it comes in the form of military aid, and weaponry.

That weaponry is built here in the USA, and USA alone, so that $61B actually is being spent here in the USA. Given to the US companies, who pay US Taxes with the money we pay them for the weapons. Who then employ US workers who get paid to build the weapons, and they pay taxes. The materials used in the weapons…guess where they come from. Yup, the USA, who then pay taxes on the money paid by the company for the raw materials…etc etc etc

So can we stop blindly thinking the money is going into a hole. This does not happen in a vacuum.
