Under President Biden’s proposed border plan, thousands of migrants would still be permitted to cross the border illegally every day. His proposal is no solution for what’s become a dire and inhumane situation. As President, I will end this humanitarian crisis once and for all.

But Janzam is worried about the “free press” In Ukraine…

“A court in the Russian Federation’s Rostov Oblast has sentenced a local resident, Evgeniia Maiboroda, to five and a half years in prison for disseminating so-called “fake news” about the Russian Army.

Details: The kangaroo court determined that the 72-year-old pensioner distributed “fake news” promoting “political hatred and extremist activities” via the social network VKontakte. Two specific posts by Maiboroda are mentioned in the case. Russian courts have ruled that the reports she posted about the war in Ukraine, which do not match the official accounts from the Russian Ministry of Defence, are fake.

Many anti-war posts were found on the pensioner’s VKontakte page, including some that compared Russian authorities to Nazi Germany’s leadership.

Maiboroda did not deny having made the posts, and explained them by stating that her brother, who lived in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, was hit by a Russian attack and buried under the rubble of his house.

In January 2023, the pensioner was previously fined RUB 40,000 [approx. US$445 – ed.] for speaking out against the Russian army on VKontakte. At the court hearing, the pensioner stated that she disagreed with the actions of the Russian army and the Kremlin in relation to Ukraine, and had no kind words for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s activities and personal qualities.

According to OVD-Info estimates, charges for espousing anti-war positions were brought against at least 830 people, 250 of which were accused of spreading “fake news” about the Russian army.”

  11. Chapter 318 in “Go Woke, Go Broke”

Colonial Williamsburg used to be sort of a traditional, patriotic, family oriented place. They were sticklers on historical accuracy, and their costumed interpreters had no problem expressing patriotic themes like liberty, overthrowing tyranny, etc.

A few years back they went woke, even parting ways with the actor who played the black preacher because he preached the gospel of Jesus Christ, just like the man did who he portrayed. So they threw away the commitment to historical accuracy, and told this actor to stop preaching like that, forcing him to lie about history or leave. He left.

Now the place is a ghost town. A warm Saturday in January would normally see a strong turnout of visitors, but it was empty. Costumed interpreters were sitting on benches next to the flag indicating that ticketed guests can enter to tour the building, but nobody is there.

Entering one of the shops, where everything used to be period products you could purchase, I noticed that now they sell beer–and you guessed it, the only brand they put on the shelf was Bud and Bud Light.

    Go woke, go broke.

Nah, it isn’t working because no President in the last 40 years has “enforce laws already on the books”.

But at least you admit it isn’t working. What you fail to notice is that it will continue to not work and doing nothing is exactly what the Democrats want Republicans to do.

They are winning. The borders are open. Meanwhile the immigration deadenders sit around and bleat “amnesty” (which btw already exists, nobody is getting deported) whenever there is an attempt to address the issue.

Haley based her support on the jury’s monetary decision because of the “evidence.” I wonder what evidence she was referring to? A piece that has gotten a lot of attention is an analysis of the trial, the plaintiff, and the “evidence” and is stunning in demonstrating the lack of substantial evidence. It was nothing but a biased political, vindictive trial and verdict, that if it holds up will set a negative precedence for other frivolous suits to unjustly bleed future defendants (victims). Considering that Carroll has attempted this cruel grift on a number of other men, she has finally succeeded by changing NY laws, getting a wealthy donor like Reid Hoffman (who was also Haley’s major donor) and a dem jurisdiction and judge who ran a kangaroo type court.

Very early in the campaign, when all the Golden Calf sycophants (which, btw, was the reason I dubbed him the Golden Calf) here were assuring us he was a shoo-in for the nomination and he was a “working class” guy that would have no trouble wresting away working class voter from Trump, I warned over and over that is would be a mistake to take this voting block for granted for the Golden Calf and that it would be an uphill struggle. I repeatedly warned that blue collars workers in other states were not the same as blue collar workers in Florida, and their support for the Golden Calf was anything but assured. Neville Allen was incensed at my “ignorance”, he was as sure the Golden Calf was guaranteed the nomination as he was the Russians would never invade Ukraine. Jeff P was here 24/7 poohpoohing the idea that the Golden Calf would be a hard sell outside of FL, wasn’t he the proverbial Golden Calf. Also for over a year I warned the TDS morons that aligning themselves with the DEMS and Biden’s DOJ was a mistake, it wouldn’t save the Golden Calf and it would not damage Trump.

As expected, my astuteness, brilliance, perspicacity and deep understanding of the political process was showcased once again. Of course.

    Press idiot’s question:

“Jeanne Pierre Whatsyourname, we have satellite video of an Iranian warship that was loaded with missiles and Houthi rebels who were transported to the U.S. coast off the coast of Maine, Bangor Maine was then hit with massive explosions that killed 4782 people and the Houthi Rebels have taken 500 American hostages from that city. What will be the U.S. response?”

    Jeanne Pierre Whatshername:

“Well, first of all, I think you should not overstate the destruction and death counts. Our information says only 4628 confirmed American deaths, not the bigger number you claim. Plus, of the 500 hostages taken, not all were Americans. There were at least 3 Canadians among those kidnapped. Please do not overinflate the numbers.”

“And, we cannot definitively say the Iranians and Houthis were responsible because there is an outside possibility the deaths and destruction could have been the result of a meteor strike, as reported by the Hamas Gaza City Press.”

“The president will be giving Sec. of State “Winkin” Blinken the “Nod” to fly back to the Middle East to reassure our allies in the region of our commitment to continue our current policies in the M.E. We are going to offer $500 million dollars to the Houthis and other terrorist groups to see if that amount is sufficient to make them stop their attacks on international shipping, U.S. ships, U.S. bases in the region and possibly–and let me stress POSSIBLY–attacking Bangor Maine.”

“As to the hostages taken either by the Houthi rebels, or possibly the meteor, we are prepared to offer $400 million for their release along with our pledge to not attack either the meteor or the Iranian warship that is now heading back across the Atlantic, and to take no further action to bomb the Houthis in their homeland or anywhere else.”

‘We assure you that any military response that might be considered and undertaken will only be taken after we have thoroughly examined and we know the impact of any U.S. military response will not increase global warming, cause any psychological damage to any transgenders, slow the numbers of illegals crossing into the U.S., and will not foster an increase in racism–which we know is a BIG problem in the world today”

“I would like to add that we all know Donald Trump and the Republicans are behind this all in an effort to try and defeat President Biden in November. Try to defeat the best president the world has ever seen.”

  80. Yes. I see Trump losing to Biden and it will not be due to fraud. Sorry.

Babylon Bee gives us another reason to vote for Trump.

“PALM BEACH, FL — In a new announcement sure to increase his already substantial lead in the Republican presidential primary race, former President Donald Trump promised that, if elected, he will ban Taylor Swift from football games.

Trump issued the statement in response to growing frustration among the general public about Swift’s seeming ubiquitousness at NFL games, vowing to sign an executive order immediately after being sworn in that would permanently bar the music star from attending games in the future.

“It’s time to make football games great again!” Trump said in a statement posted to his Truth Social account.”

A Trump EC win is not impossible, only unlikely. Biden will have the same issue Hillary had and he himself had in 2020, which is he will win big in CA, IL, and NY and “waste” a lot of votes in these states, while the middle of the county will be more competitive. Still, I don’t see Trump winning enough independents to prevail.

He is the only R that could lose to Biden. I think Biden would lose even to Asa Hutchinson or Fat F–k Christie, not that I would vote for either one of them.

If we nominate Trump, we will get destroyed…….and we will deserve it.

  84. I see Trump adding Georgia and Arizona to his state haul in 2020. Sadly, that only gets him to 263. He loses.

I think Biden will be pulled close to if not at the DNC Convention. However, if Trump manages to remain in the race to the end, I think he has a good chance of winning the GE, no matter all the HHR naysayers.

  86. He needs to get GA, Arizona and NV or MI to win. Actually NV gets him to 269-269 which essentially gives him the Presidency as the R’s will control more states in the House than Dems.

To be honest, part of me would like to see that. Liberals heads would EXPLODE. They would literally go absolute bat sh*t crazy and it would affect everything they did. It would also expose them to the sane part of the country for what they are, as they would spend four years talking about stolen elections and illegitimate Presidencies. Sound familiar??
