No because it is under litigation. Lupita has filed suit with the PA Camelid Board that she is being misspecied (new term, equivalent of misgendered). Fortunately, alpacas are still domesticated animals, had she claimed to be a vicuña I could be harboring a wild species.
Apparently there is a poll out there saying that more than half of Democrats want Biden replaced. They have an easy way to do that, starting with the IA caucus. But no high profile Dem is running against Biden. So their plan is to just let Biden get all the delegates, and then let Obama pick the replacement.
Brutal, but isn’t that significant. Democratic biggies have long ago already decided to pull the plug on the guy so no one cares. He won’t be on the ballot.
Stupid, corrupt, now senile. Paul likes him though, so he’s still got at least one fan. There’s that.
Again, I will repeat what I have heard from “inside” the loop. Health issues. It won’t be hard to believe at almost 82, btw. We”ve all seen a family member (grandparent et al) go downhill quickly after 80, so it’s entirely believable that he would suffer the same fate.
Then, as the “compromise” candidate, they select Whitmer at the convention (or just prior…but as long as its after Trump secures the nomination), and then boom. Old upper midwest + PA firewall comes back.
I still think she doesn’t play in NV, GA or AZ…which leaves the election to…NE-2 and its one electoral vote. If Trump carries NV, GA and AZ, and Whitmer holds PA+WI+MI, then NE-2 decides the election. Dems get NE-2 they win 270-268, Trump wins, its 269-269 and the House decides, with the R’s in control of at least 26, and upwards of 29 delegations (Each state gets one vote).
Now…this is why Trump’s VP nomination means so much and we flip the Senate. Say it is 269-269, the Senate decides the VP. If the R’s control the Senate, then for sure the VP will be a republican!!
Let’s digest all of this…and imagine how fractured the country will be afterwards.
BTW – Here is what Dems are really thinking. They honestly don’t believe Trump has any possibility of beating Biden…much less any other Dems. The following from NewYork Magazine:
“One week after Democrats’ near sweep of the November 7 elections, I checked in with Biden’s campaign advisers in Wilmington, Delaware. “It seems like the only thing people want to pay attention to is the polls and not the work,” said Quentin Fulks, Chávez Rodríguez’s principal deputy. “That’s why we keep turning people toward ‘Look how people are turning out to vote.’” Young-voter turnout had surged in Pennsylvania, and large majorities of Latino and Black voters in Ohio had voted to protect abortion rights. Tyler added that the outcomes were “confirmation that we have the right strategy in place. We’re confident that if we keep our heads down, ignore the chatter, ignore the noise, and put our plan in place, we’ll be successful on Election Day.”
That plan rests on certain assumptions — a set of fundamental beliefs about Biden, the media, and the coming year. The central article of faith is that Biden’s support will consolidate once Trump wins the GOP primary and voters lock into the rematch. One Biden aide pointed me to a recent poll conducted by a Democratic group showing that despite Trump’s huge primary lead, only a fifth of Americans are convinced that he will be nominated. A second, related tenet is that while the political class has long since dialed into 2024’s apocalyptic stakes, most American minds are simply elsewhere. “The average swing voter thinks about politics four minutes a week,” Jim Messina, Obama’s 2012 campaign manager, told me in September, “and they’re not waking up for another 12 months.” In that time, plenty will change. A common refrain is that at this point in 2019, Trump had not been impeached and no one had ever heard of a disease called COVID.
Third, the Biden strategy assumes that his poll numbers will get a cyclical improvement. Just about every other president who has been reelected hit a trough of some sort around this point in their first terms, including Obama and Bill Clinton. A final fundamental is that the public has only begun to glimpse Biden’s reelection effort, and therefore none of its potential has been realized. “It doesn’t matter that people don’t think their lives are better or know what Biden has done now,” said an outside Democratic strategist, someone who thinks the Biden-is-cooked narrative is vastly overstated. “They have a year and a billion dollars in ads to make the case. That’s what a campaign is.”
Early this fall, Messina, who talks regularly with members of Biden’s inner circle, distributed a 22-slide deck that he hoped would send a message to concerned Democrats — or, as he termed them to Politico, the “fucking bed-wetters.” He acknowledged that the race would be close but looked to ratchet nerves down by arguing that Biden has at least four credible avenues to victory in the Electoral College.
One is simply to replicate the 2020 map for 303 electoral votes. This was not easy to do the first time around and may be harder to pull off again; Biden flipped Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan and became the first Democrat to win Arizona and Georgia in decades. A second path is narrower: Biden could win exactly the necessary 270 by carrying those midwestern “blue wall” states — even if he concedes Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Nevada. A third route is the reverse of the second one, a “Sunbelt strategy” that would net 275. The fourth option calls for replicating 2022’s Senate-race results, dropping Wisconsin and North Carolina but winning the other battlegrounds for 293.
Its already started. I just learned that some liberal that I know is denying that the attack on Israel actually happened. There were no Israeli deaths, and suddenly, unprovoked, Israel ran roughshod over Gaza, killing thousands of innocent men, women, and children, along with the brave Hamas members trying to protect everyone.
GOP should run on the platform of protecting children from Democrats who want to mutilate the kids’ genitals–because defending children is the right thing to do.
–DW
Bitter, I am focusing on it because it is so horrible. The things that they are doing to children are worse than a horror film. Germans after WW2 were tried and executed for doing similar atrocities to children. You should educate yourself on this issue by reading up on it. I will continue to raise awareness on this unless you ban me.
–DW
Its a serious issue if you have kids. The boys are now 10 and 8, in a great private school, and yet, are still bombarded by woke garbage, and having this trans agenda pushed on them. They asked last week what pronouns they should use…pride flag up in the elementary school nurse office…teachers with BLM stuff on their walls…etc
It’s part of a package…and parents are becoming aware of it, and finally pushing back. But, they are afraid. Afraid to be shamed. Afraid to be labelled anti-anything. That’s how it is in schools, even private ones IN THE SOUTH!
I am not going to be like Bunu, just the occasional post reminding everyone else that they live in a country where evil butchers are sterilizing impressionable children, literally lopping off the testicles of little boys.
We need to raise awareness just like is done for human trafficking and other atrocities
–DW
You mean like killing more civilians mostly children in Gaza then the US did during the entirety of the Afghanistan fiasco over 20 years and more than Putin did in Ukraine in one year type bad?
Bunu, you are pathetic. Israel is in a war because their country was invaded by a foreign enemy who slaughtered 1200 Israeli civilians. Israel rightly responded by bringing these thugs to justice. And unlike Biden, they intend to win this war, and not listen to antisemitic scum like you
–DW
No I don’t buy the polls now and realistically it’s beyond my comprehension to not think Trump will not be convicted in either or both DC and Fulton County at some point in 2024. My legal eagle son in law who argues cases before SCOTUS thinks the MAL case is the strongest for what that is worth.
Woke Commie Dem SOS in every key swing state needed for an electoral GOP win doesn’t bode well either.
Basically I think the GOP is screwed running Trump.
“The boys are now 10 and 8, in a great private school, and yet, are still bombarded by woke garbage, and having this trans agenda pushed on them. They asked last week what pronouns they should use…pride flag up in the elementary school nurse office…teachers with BLM stuff on their walls…etc”
This scourge is destroying our nation.
It will be a huge loss to not nominate the best Governor in addressing it at a state level. He is the one best suited to make 2024 a national referendum on wokeness in all its forms.
Defund the police is working. Crooks are being robbed by other crooks.
“An armed robbery in Colorado turned awry for the alleged perpetrators when police say someone stole their getaway car in the middle of a heist.
Three masked and armed individuals allegedly robbed a check cashing service in Commerce City on Saturday morning, according to the local police department. No injuries were reported.
Officers have arrested two of the three suspects and are currently investigating the incident, the police department said in social media posts on Facebook and X.
“In an unexpected and ironic twist… as the trio was robbing the business…a fourth criminal stole their getaway vehicle… which may have already been stolen,” a Facebook post stated in an update about the robbery. “We don’t know. If we get a solid description of it, we will release that here.”

What is beyond MY comprehension is how you haven’t understood yet that the only people who care about these bogus charges are Dems and TDS morons like you.
The partisan DOJ is not going to save you from Trump. Sorry.
Exactly Jason. Liberals are fleeing Biden in droves because of the Gaza genocide. That’s why he has lost all his support in key swing states.
….But the Biden Bailout is now trending on twitter and is real thing to try to save old Joe next year.
Here’s a new Biden conspiracy:
“I think there will be a rate cut in Q1 — and I think this is the Biden Bailout.”
“Because if they cut rates in Q1, that’s going to make everyone feel really flush. It takes about 6 months to work its way into the system, but that’s going to give… pic.twitter.com/45adOtGxhV
“What is beyond MY comprehension is how you haven’t understood yet that the only people who care about these bogus charges are Dems and TDS morons like you.”
I hope you’re right I will have to see it to believe it.
Everyone around here is talking about the explosion in Bird-in-Hand….we have major events in this area too, they don’t just happen in Good and Bad Philadelphia.
“One person was killed Monday morning when a hotel office exploded in Lancaster County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
According to the hotel owner, John Smucker, the person who was killed was an employee. No other details about the person were released.
The blast ripped through the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn on Old Philadelphia Pike around 2:30 a.m.
“We saw the lights. You could see, kind of the smoke a little bit in the sky. It was a little hard because it was dark and rainy, but you could see the lights of the fire in the sky,” said Mary Boots, who lives nearby. “We were just shocked.”
I do agree. The election isn’t now…it’s almost a year from now, and in a year I can see trump picking up GA. AZ (who are sick of the immigration problem) so it all comes down to nevada and Ne-2. With that it’s 269-269 and he wins
Chaos will follow
You thought his first term was bad with all the illegitimacy, stolen election, Russia Russia Russia talk…now add the increased fascist, racist and hitler talk and that’s how it will be for four years.
Imagine if he gets to nominate another conservative to replace a dem on the SC. Wow
Okay, I logged in expecting to see this and I did. The last week or so the memo went out to all the news outlets to make one last appeal before throwing Biden out…they are out there saying the economy is BOOMING. Its great! Don’t you just feel it? Why are there some out there still denying that Biden economics has worked? That’s the narrative, and so I fully expected a major pollster to step up and reinforce this message, and sure enough, it just arrived:
I usually only have 3 of 4 of bacon, country ham, sausage and corned beef hash because I need to leave room for the 3 egg cheese mushroom omelet, toast/biscuit with Amish butter and home fries for breakfast. But I decided to celebrate the drop in inflation and go 4/4.
No, I did not think of poor Tgca and his desiccated bark sprinkled with quinoa powder breakfast washed down with a shot of organic maple syrup, hardly giving him enough energy to clean up all the dead fish that went belly up during the night.
Below is my own A to Z list of pollsters. Granted some of these are simply universities who do polling, while others on this list are specifically R or D pollsters, and no doubt some of these are no longer in operation.

Here is a "Lawsplainer" on the key issue now before the Supreme Court for Jan. 6 defendants — the statute being used by DOJ to convict them of "corruptly obstructing Congress." Tina – Ukraine was brutally invaded. Is there a reason why Zelensky should not seek military aid? Your grifter term is stupid. How does Ukraine retain its territory and protect its citizens from being enslaved by Putin without fighting? Negotiation is surrender.
Trump calls for a primary of RINO Chip Roy because Roy is supporting someone else in the primary and accurately describes Trump’s numerous failures last term.
This is so laughably stupid… it is beyond me that anyone could support this lunatic.
I know some of you don’t want to admit the cancer Trump is to the conservative movement but he is.
Of course if you bypass the Gateway Pundit then you only have one layer of lies, so maybe Tina and Janzam better wean themselves off slowly lest they go into propaganda withdrawal.
It’s easy to see why Putin Lapdogs Tina and Janzam love it.
The main article is an ode to a Russian soldier who before getting killed wrote a note on the wall saying “take care of my family”. For this the Gateway Pundit makes this murderous invader a “hero” and says his heroic message went “viral”. Yeah, I bet all the Putin toadies just loved it.
The rest of the article is Russian propaganda about its great “victory” in Ukraine and disparaging the news of huge Russian losses as fake, while quoting the Russian state media’s figures as true.
I think the Gateway Pundit is trying to horn in on Tucker Carlson’s monopoly at Russian State Media in a contest to see who is the biggest Russian propagandist.
So you think it’s normal and perfectly fine political speak. Business as usual. With Trump maybe.”
Yeah, I don’t see any problems with calling for a primary challenger to people who oppose you. If I lived in Chip Roy’s district, I would vote for him.
If Trump goes over the top, like he did when he insulted McCain’s military service, or when he called a Federal judge a “Mexican”, I will call him on it.
But asking for a primary challenger for Chip Roy? Zzzzzzzz……
JeffP if you spent half the time and energy you do on your TDS nonsense actually doing something positive to help the Golden Calf you might not look like such an ass.
Half the people in that poll said Kennedy because of name recognition. Once Biden is nominated most of the Dems that support him now will migrate back to Biden. The Lincoln Project morons will vote for Biden too. The Amoral Scumbags and Biden Troll’s of the world will vote for Biden.
Trump loses 6% of the R vote in that poll to Kennedy. It won’t be that much, maybe half of that. Kennedy is a flaming liberal and no amount of anti-vax rhetoric will make him a conservative. Plus he is a certified nutcase.
Damm, I thought Trump’s diet of fast food and well done steaks and no alcohol was bad.
“The food fight has pitted Joe Biden — who prefers carbs over greens — against First Lady Jill Biden, who has been pushing the commander-in-chief to eat more fish and veggies whether he likes them or not (he doesn’t).
Why it matters: The internal tug-of-war over Joe Biden’s diet is just one of many public and private steps being taken by close aides and the first lady to keep the 80-year-old president healthy as he prepares to run for a second term.
State of play: Some Biden aides have long noted that he eats “like a child,” with a food palette that skews beige.
His favorite dishes include peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, BLT’s, pizza, cookies, spaghetti with butter and red sauce, and ice cream that he occasionally makes into a full sundae, according to current and former Biden aides.
On Friday while visiting D.C.’s Taqueria Habanero, Biden ordered churros and a chicken quesadilla.
A teetotaler, he often drinks orange Gatorade.
Zoom in: In September 2021, the president’s sister Val came to the White House for a private dinner, and the first lady selected their entree: salmon in a pastry shell with a medley of vegetables.
“Damn, she makes me eat this healthy stuff all the time,” said the president, who’s not a fan of salmon, according to Val’s recounting of the dinner in her memoir.
With the first lady out of sight, Biden had some lemon pound cake and finished a carton of Breyer’s chocolate chip ice cream for dessert, Val recalled.”
Jason, in my own data that I keep on the 2024 election I am not yet including anything for third party or independents, for two reasons:
1) We don’t know yet with certainty the candidate for either major party.
2) We won’t know until late summer 2024 which if any of these other names will be in a position to actually impact the outcome.
I have to say that the House of Rep cafeteria has the best chili dogs ever. Whenever someone suggests going out, I always ask to go to the cafeteria..Dang…now I want one.
“Alocal official in Washington, D.C., was one of six people fined this month by the city’s board of elections for double voting in the 2020 general election.
Vanessa Rubio, an elected Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, was fined $500 after the District of Columbia Board of Elections found that she’d voted in both D.C. and Maryland.”
I know DW will have a lot to say about this. Certainly not the usual thing to do. But why remove a healthy leg but not both? I thing removing one is bad but go big or go home.
In Top Gun – Maverick, Maverick says, “It’s not the plane, it’s the pilot,” that counts. I think in this case neither is up to taking on an aircraft carrier.
Never forget in 2016, Graham and McCain were in Ukraine running the money laundering operation, and 2017 was supposed to the start of the war against Russia.
But then McCain’s candidate Hillary Clinton lost, and everything had to be delayed until old Joe got into office.
Take a look, long before we learned about Biden’s link to Ukraine’s money laundering .. McCain & Graham were overseeing the operation pic.twitter.com/PzsKmjNuyv

I really despise the loose use of the word fascist and n*z* by both sides.
Neither side are fascists, and certainly not nazis, who were national socialists (today’s far left are international, no border socialists). The right is far away from both definitions.
It is ironic because for a majority of our history the left and right in this country has been wayyyyy closer together than the left and right in most countries, which have much larger philosophical, economic and social chasms.
The SC will overturn this decision. Already, liberal states have decided its unconstitutional (Michigan being one I believe). That was not an insurrection. Lets take these people to the DRC, Egypt, Kyrgyz, Angloa, Sierra Leone, Niger, etc etc. Then you’ll see what an insurrection looks like.
It’s absurd that the media was allowed to get away with calling it that, and that Dems continue to spread that myth, and that young kids actually believe that…though, even in my kids liberal private school the kids say “let’s go brandon” and “Bo Jiden”

According to Larry schweikart, Rds is the only candidate not to condemn today’s ruling by the fascist Colorado sc of lunatics.
He cited zen master, who I believe worked or may still work at national retreat online (nro). Who is this zen master?

Colorado GOP indicate that if this fascist decision stands, the primary contest will be converted to a caucus.

This is the way.
“I pledge to *withdraw* from the Colorado GOP primary unless Trump is also allowed to be on the state’s ballot, and I demand that Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley to do the same immediately – or else they are tacitly endorsing this illegal maneuver which will have disastrous consequences for our country.”
