All I know is the polls that include voting for Trump if found guilty are much different than the polls that get posted here every day.
I expect a strong push to make Haley the number two candidate from the more establishment wing of the GOP and try and squeeze RDS out. If Sununu endorses her that will be a huge tell in my opinion.
Regardless Trump would only lose the nomination if it becomes a binary choice fairly early in the primary season I think.

In talking with what you would say is an authentic country club Republican who is very connected in my state politically he says RDS has zero chance and Haley is the one that could take out Trump. Again this is coming from someone who I had to explain to him on multiple occasions what the Tea Party was about.

Politics is a strange sport. Since Trump continues to dominate the polls many donors, who early on turned to RDS as the new political flavor in town, are now returning to Trump. However, all it will take is some downturns in one or more of those indictments and they will turn to someone else.

Nah. If she is nominated I merely will not vote for her. Everyone should vote their conscious, I never told anybody not to vote for Trump.
And despite declaring Trump unfit for office, I gave him a fair shake. I didn’t join in on the Hollywood Tape criticism, and I made clear that policy wise I agreed with him much more than Hillary and I even gave him a chance to win PA when nobody else did. I would do the same for You Must Feel My Pain Haley, her foreign policy views (and some other) are probably the closest to mine of any candidate. Unfortunately I don’t think you can believe anything she says she is the Pandering Queen.
Of course, the idea that because I was wrong about Trump I must always be wrong is asinine. Was Bitter never wrong here?
And yes, if Haley wins and turns out to be a good President, I will vote for her in 2028.

I don’t plan on “retiring” either … my mentors worked into their eighties. But I sure would like to have that retirement insurance at a certain age to supplement my income when my earning decreases when I go 3/4 time.
