Not a huge deal but if you have a law degree but did not pass the bar, say things like “As I learned in law school…” or don’t mention it all. Calling yourself a lawyer is a fight you don’t need.”
This is true. On the other hand you don’t have to go to law school or be an attorney to be press secretary so it only matters because she is Trump’s secretary.

My off the wall prediction for the Oregon school shooter.
White male, on the spectrum, divorced parents, or single mom who never married. Possible confused sexuality. Did not regularly attend church. Only child. Mother is registered Democrat.

The 16 yr old stole a shotgun from his mother.
Evidently the good samaritan was actually a parent who happened to be there at the right time.
He saw the shooter fire at someone’s car in the parking lot and shoot his way through the doors. He followed him but was not able to prevent him from shooting 5 people before he was able to kill him.
Governor Kotek would normally call the parent a murdering vigilante.
Since she is in a tight race for re-election, she called his actions “heroic”.
