Actually according to KOMO news (Seattle ABC) Mr. McDaniel is the Commissioner for the Columbia Valley Water District. He and his grandson were minding their own business and making camp when the bison came charging at them.

I watched the video.
They weren’t making camp, they were taking pictures from a distance. However, just before the incident, the bison had charged other visitors.
In my view, they were still too close to an obviously aggressive animal and should have moved on.
Here is the video. The bison is acting aggressively, the man and his grandson are walking by and stop to take pictures. Personally, I would have moved away at that point

Russia is bleeding money in this war. They are probably having to offer a lot of social services in the occupied areas, they are losing a lot of equipment on a daily basis, they are now forced to spend a lot of money repairing damaged infrastructure and even if the sanctions are not totally effective, there is a cost. Even if Putin doesn’t care about the human cost, the Russians have to spend money on death benefits, pensions, medical care, etc. resulting from the high number of dead and wounded.
In the end, Putin might be faced with the same quandary as the Soviet Union, butter or arms.

I am opposed to the congress passing legislation to make daylight savings time permanent abd not change clocks twice a year.
It violates my LIBERTY AND FREEDOM.
I think all Americans can choose to decide for themselves whether to turn clocks up or back an hour.
Of course congress could add an amendment saying illegal aliens MUST turn their clocks up a d back twice a year, and failure to do so is a deportable offense.

read a summary from someone who knows 1000 times more about soccer than I do, and it sounds like the mistake England made was when Argentina subbed to go heavy on offense to catch up being down 0-1, then England subbed out for extra defenders, and thereby ceded the control of the field and any further ability to score, while making an Argentina score more inevitable.

My wife having shoulder trouble. She went to massage therapist and she applied ice, etc. Told wife to go home and put ice inside a tea towel on her shoulder that night.
Wife did not use a t towel, as she figured her nightgown would be about same thing.
Wakes up in morning and notices what appears to be bruising and sone physical discomfort there as well. Goes in today to have physical therapist look at it and she says it looks like you have a case of frostbite.
